Excellent place to stay in City Area and enjoy lake view
Pros:

1. Very good location at height on Pichhola Lake, room was with a good view of lake and close to all places for site seeing as well as market at Hathi Pole
2. Medium size room but with all amenities
3. Enjoyed evening on terrace with excellent view, windy cold climate
4. Staff good courtesies and attentive
5. All types of food options in vicinity

Cons:

1. Need to improve cleanliness and maintenance - had to get cupboard racks cleaned on check-in, Bathroom latch not closing from outside
2. Don't provide buffet break fast and limited choice of items, takes time in preparing

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the views.
Pros:

The property is simply spectacular with one of the best views of the lake I've seen in the city. The staff was really kind and helpful too, and the room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The one little thing I didn't appreciate that much is the lack of wardrobe in the room, but it was not that important for us.

Die absolut inakzeptabele durchgelegene und verdreckte Matratze. Mit einer Menge dicker Falten auf der Oberseite. Total überteuert für diesen Missstand.

Not worth of money
Pros:

The service was pathetic, no one was available even in morning just to bring water. They even charged for water bottles. Did not come for cleaning the room, water was not coming properly, electricity was cutting off at night
