Loved the bed, unit facilities, huge spacious areas, double thermostats for separate areas, huge bathroom and OMG the spa bath. Parking exceptional - so close to lifts, lifts so close to the room... no lugging luggage around. Staff are friendly and helpful.. late checkout- not a problem.. super stay..

This is a great hotel at a great price. you wont be disappointed.
Pros:

room comfy, location great, parking plenty, price was great, the room smelt really nice too. It was just a great experience for Melbourne accommodation.

Cons:

I dont think there is anything that could have been better.

Will stay again if needing to be in Kew.
Pros:

Room comfortable, especially the bed. Appreciated the nespresso coffee machine with four capsules and the water.

Cons:

A biscuit would have been nice to go with the coffee. The hotel seems a little lacking in life and the lobby is usually deserted. This is a small quibble. One suggestion: a self-serve coffee machine in the lobby. Might make some guests stop by. Or a 'happy hour' like in Z hotels in London. Used to be complimentary; may be a small charge now.
