Good hotel, good helpful staff, very easy transport links
Pros:

Location- Family members live in area so good to stay closer to them than in the city.
There were two tram options just outside the hotel , so very easy to get into Melbourne central area.

We certainly would consider a Sebel hotel into the future.
Pros:

Reception staff member seemed a little rattled when we booked in. He appeared to be by himself he was extremely polite when dealing with an overseas woman who tried 3 cards, seemingly not understanding the need for a PIN number. I was initially second in line, but many groups appeared after me maybe six or seven more. (I was waiting probably 15mins)
Booking in was simple having heard what was required I had my ID and card ready.
Each request made of any of the receptionists was dealt with quickly respectfully and efficiently.
Facilities were above average and value for money.

Cons:

I didn't realize there wasn't any restaurant at the venue and none nearby were open. I did learn to order through Door Dash for a meal ( I'm Old and this was our first time using this )

Our previous stay had been comfortable but the last couple of stays have been somewhat disappointing
Pros:

Location was convenient.

Cons:

The level of cleanliness and room service was unsatisfactory. The room was not cleaned properly during my stay.
The soap and shower gel were not replenished, and the bottle was empty.
In addition, used dishes were left in the room and were not washed or removed.

Pleasant despite the issues with my room and parking fees
Pros:

Customer service when I required an item or advice.

Cons:

No work table - a round table not within close proximity to power points made it difficult to use a computer and charge phone, protective alarm, hearing aids, etc.
The shower recess has a very slippery floor without a shower mat and no grab rails.
As someone from interstate, I would have liked a view of the city.
I did not realise until I arrived that there were parking fees, which is a little different to reading on the booking company that parking was available.
