Desde a comunicação com o anfitrião, localização e estrutura. Tudo excelente e extremamente recomendável se você busca um apartamento bem equipado (cozinha) e com ótima localização.

Points positifs : localisation idéale en plein cœur du centre historique, logement propre et spacieux
Points négatifs : mobilier vetuste et équipement très basique , aucune décoration, manque de luminosité

Apartamento genialz muy limpio y muy cómodo para visitar Cádiz.

La verdad que la habitación no cumplió con mis expectativas, cuando me retiré del hotel pedí me guardaran mi mochila a lo qu accedieron , hasta ahí , todo normal , pero mi sorpresa fue cuando le solicité a la recepcionista por usar el baño y su respuesta fue desconcertante nunca en los años que llevo viajando me paso algo igual ella me responde “ no tenemos baño , pero puede solicitar en algún café de los que están en la calle “ , me sentí tan maltratado y desilusionado y me pregunté y cuando ella quiere usar el baño se irá a pedirlo a un café en la calle ?

Great location, but was given an inside apartment when thought I had booked street view, so check booking, great to have fridge and hot plate and bonus there is a laundry opposite the building

Great little place to stay in Cadiz. Communication prior to check-in was good and the manager easy to contact.

The location is great, but the condition of the units should be greatly improved, its not in the best condition.

Maria did our checking and she is very professional and helpful about the apartment amenities..we had a great stay.
Some furniture in our apartment was a little dated but besides that...all was excellent.

Great location, the flat had a good layout. However, the kitchen wasn't well stocked. The freezer door is broken, and it desperately needs to be defrosted. The couch was very uncomfortable.

Bra läge på hotellet men väldigt trist studio för priset. Inget dagsljus 🙈 Inga bilder i hotellpresentationen kände vi igen från vår studio, där såg det fint ut.

Excelente alojamiento en pleno centro de Cádiz, muy conveniente para moverse por la ciudad. La cama comodisima, el estudio amplio con vistas a la calle principal, el baño quizas un poco pequeño pero adecuado.

The property was alright. We booked a room that ended up not being available, so we were given two separate apartments with no view. One had a terrible cigarette smell. The location was great an easy communication with staff, but still disappointing to not have the room or view we booked. No amenities, and the building was under renovation with a lot of hammering.

This was an extraordinary guest house, very spacious, clean and the location was fabulous. We highly recommend at stay at this property. We plan to make this our go to accommodation when traveling to Cadiz!
