THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Pros:

Room and everything was fine for the price.

Cons:

We were overcharged what we had reserved through booking. We knew we would have to pay the taxes upon arrival, but it was triple what we were told it would be when reserving. This is something that has happened multiple times at the property and they NEED to have it fixed. It's wrong to force people to chase down booking for these errors.

Pros:

Room had a good view and the bed was large (king size)

Cons:

the tax rates were not set correctly, which meant I was misled into booking with a fictitious lower price, and had to top up a huge tax fee when I arrived at the property. Also the cleaning staff occasionally forgot to replace towels and coffee pods, which was annoying.

Pas mal, il y en a assez pour dormir, petit déjeuner correct.
Pros:

Emplacement, 15 minutes de Time Square à pied en ligne droite, coin sécurisé facile à trouver.

Cons:

Les draps n’ont pas été changés, il y avait des restes de riz dans le chauffage/clim, bof bof.

Broken mirror not by us!
Pros:

We stayed in this rundown hotel, as it calls itself. The room was small and the air conditioning was noisy. But what really upset us was that they kept our $100 deposit, blaming us for breaking the mirror, which was absolutely not our fault. The staff was not at all courteous; no matter what we asked, they didn't respond politely. The breakfast wasn't plentiful; the tables were few and dirty, and often occupied. The morning we left, we asked if they could pack us a bag of breakfast, since we have a young child, but they refused. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even though the location is good.

Muito bom, sem o que reclamar. Porém, eu gostaria de ter ficado mais próximo de uma estação de metrô.
Pros:

Banheiro grande, cama muito confortável. Foi uma ótima experiência.

Cons:

A localização é ótima, porém você tem que andar entre 10 e 15 minutos até a estação de metrô mais próxima, da 50th. O café da manhã é bom mas são todos os dias a mesma coisa, sem muita variedade.

Good value option just outside of the Times Square area
Pros:

-staff were very friendly and accommodating
-rooms and bathrooms are clean
-king rooms have mini fridge and microwave
-short walk from midtown Manhattan and away from the noise of Times Square

Cons:

-there was an error with the total charge based on what booking.com reported and what the hotel charged me, staff wasn't able to do anything about it but was aware of the issue
-breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety, just waffle maker, dry cereal and dry toast
-queen rooms are quite small but good value for money
-note that this was previously a Comfort Inn that BW took over
