Beds were comfortable, ok pillows. Water by front desk. Communication via email was excellent.

Some money has been deducted from my card instead of room security and has not been returned for 20 days after I left the hotel.

Would stay here again if ever visiting the area!
Pros:

The location was perfect for our purposes. We were going on a cruise and it was very close to the cruise port,. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast area was crowded and small so we ended up taking food up to our rooms to eat. Also the rooms were a bit on the small side but they were definitely comfortable and had everything we needed. For that area the price was good, but definitely more than I usually pay for a room!

Cons:

As noted above the price and the small eating area were the only negatives.

Прекрасный отель за довольно бюджетную для Нью Йорка цену
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля. До метро 50 street чуть больше километра, минут 20 пешком, удобно добираться в аэропорт JFK, прямая ветка Е. прямо до остановки airtrain . Веткой метро С ( она рядом, соседний путь) добирались до Фултон стэйшен ( памятник башен близнецов, уолл стрит , бесплатный паром фэрри и экскурсия к статуе Свободы). У метро два прекрасных супермаркета с готовой едой. много кафешек.
На ресепшен милые администраторы, все объясняют. Комната небольшая чистая, постель удобная, постельное белье чистое, уборка была. Кофеварка , фен. Завтрак американский: кофе, молоко -хлопья, горячие сосиски, яичница, можно самому испечь вкусную вафлю, Для такого большого отеля немного маловато столиков, но люди подсаживались или приглашали за свои столики, все были довольны.
За день до вселения списали 360$как бронь , а также взяли депозит 100$ но в течении 3-х рабочих дней обещали вернуть , потом при заселении взяли полную стоимость проживания

Cons:

Интернет, он был только на 1 этаже на рецепшен, в номере почти его не было, у нас была е-симка, ей пользовались

The perfect NY stay for a reasonable budget!
Pros:

I was impressed by the array of options available for breakfast. The rooms were super clean and equipped with everything you might need for your stay. I couldn't ask for a better option at such a reasonable cost near the city.
