Cool Air condition, bed comfortable
No towels! Everyday I had to call for towels we were 3 and they would leave either 1 or 2 bath towels, NO floor towel and NO hand towel. Then the women who gave you the towel gave you attitude giving you the towels and would even check to see if it was true! Like I would lie about towels… also they would not clean the sink and they would leave dirty towels on the floor. Also the floors were dirty and bath shower boldly.. I didn’t eat the BLFT even though it was included because it was always over crowded in that VERY SMALL AREAS. Not a lot to chose from and it was the same area they stored the luggage’s. The elevators were very slow only 1 elevator so many people took the stairs. for the price I paid which was a good 25 min to Time Square it was not cheap.

Beds were comfortable, ok pillows. Water by front desk. Communication via email was excellent.
Room was a little shabby. Shower pressure was terrible.
Overall, the staff was neat and smiling. It was clean and tidy. It was without problems.
Some money has been deducted from my card instead of room security and has not been returned for 20 days after I left the hotel.
La ubicación
The location was perfect for our purposes. We were going on a cruise and it was very close to the cruise port,. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast area was crowded and small so we ended up taking food up to our rooms to eat. Also the rooms were a bit on the small side but they were definitely comfortable and had everything we needed. For that area the price was good, but definitely more than I usually pay for a room!
As noted above the price and the small eating area were the only negatives.
