Genel olarak güzel bir otel
Pros:

Gitmek istediğimiz konuma en yakın uygun fiyatlı otel buydu ,temiz bir otel kahvaltısı da iyi,çalışanlar güleryüzlü yardımcı oluyorlar.

Cons:

Otopark ücretli ,otoparkı var diye tercih etmiştim ama ücretli ibaresi yoktu.

Pros:

El chico que nos atendió era muy amable. La habitación ha sido muy limpia . El colchón y la almohada - muy cómodas. Lo recomiendo a 100%.

Pros:

Ένα άνετο ξενοδοχείο, σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης (15-20 λεπτά περπάτημα). Το σημαντικό για εμάς ήταν ότι είχε πάρκινγκ μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο (θα πρέπει να κάνετε κράτηση απο πριν και κοστίζει 10 ευρώ extra την μέρα), ενώ στα περισσότερα στο κέντρο πρέπει να παρκάρεις στο δρόμο ή σε υπαίθρια πάρκινγκ 5 λεπτά μακριά. Πολύ καθαρό, ήσυχο και με καλό πρωινό. Στα 400 μέτρα έχει εμπορικό κέντρο με supermarket, καφέ και καταστήματα.

Cons:

The AC in the room did not work and it was extremely hot in the room during the night. Also the led light of the room was broken and blinking every 4 minutes even when it was turned off. We notified the staff about these issues but they said there was nothing they do could about it.

We received some very weird explanations for the broken AC and staff claimed it was normal that AC makes room unbearable hot during the night. It’s not very honest to promote the hotel with AC when it’s not working.

The younger part of the staff was friendly, but from the older side we didn’t receive much empathy for these issues. Maybe the treatment would have been different if we were middle age men..

Overall the hotel didn’t match the price or four star imago. You can clearly hear normal speech from neighboring rooms and the breakfast was hostel level. The only fruits available were not even cut (not very hotel like to put the guests peel and cut their own fruits). The selection for vegetarian for minimum, for vegans they didn’t have anything.

I think for the price there are much better options in Sofia, with working AC and more variable breakfast.
