Comfort Inn Alstonia

I booked two rooms in May using my Choice Privileges points, and the General Manager, Mr. Rajeev Ranjan, refused to honor my confirmed reservation. I have proof of my Choice reservation and email communication showing he would not accept it. After checking other reviews, this appears to be a repeated issue with him. Choice should take serious action, as cancelling confirmed reservations is unacceptable and unfair to guests.

This is the 2nd experience in comfort inn Hotel….It’s lovely place to stay

It feels relaxed all around. An amazing pool and cozy rooms made it a great city escape to relax and enjoy yourself.I totally loved it! I felt at ease from the moment I stepped in. Very friendly staff,
like miss Simran and ……elegant decor, and a peaceful, soothing atmosphere. Ideal for both work trips and short breaks.

Best experience my life during stay…I stay lots of hotel in my life but this place like HOME

Obsolete and worn out facilities; cracked and scratched walls, dirty floors, passé beds and mattresses. The level of hygiene is well below unhealthy! Dirty bathrooms, aging mattresses and over-used sheets and blankets. Loud noises from the lower meeting floors resonate all the way to the top and do not allow for ability to sleep peacefully!
The place is filthy, disgusting and not up to standard!

Very good location and Hotel. Staff is helpful and service is excellent. Food is good and the rooms are super spacious. Not very near to Golden temple but 20 mins distance by car.

Absolutely loved my stay, The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch,Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"

The breakfast food was delicious and the service given by the staff was awesome specially thanks to Aman mam for giving good services. We will visit again.

My experience was good. The hotel staff is very nice. It was nice talking to everyone. The atmosphere was like home. The breakfast was also very delicious. The housekeeping staff was also very good. Overall my experience was quite good.

We enjoyed the stay here all members were good and provided us best services. Thanks to Ms Geetanjali for helping me and guiding in all the queries.

This is very good option to if u want to stay near by the market & shoping area ..front office staff is so good . And give best services to the guest .. specially check in procedure is very good and fast specially i mention the name ms. Geetanjali ...she is so nice ..i will make sure I will visit again at comfort inn alstonia...

Perfect Stay From Start to Finish. Hands down one of the BEST stays I’ve ever had! The rooms are insanely comfortable, the kind you just sink into and never want to leave.

You guyz definitely meet with Miss simran because she is very friendly , sweet and kind hearted person and always smile on his face🌷 i stay 2/3 day in this hotel i feel like Home , Hotel room very nice and totally maintained……

Food was amazing, axactly the same taste as i wanted. Met the chef personally (Mr. Mahinder) a very nice person. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The amenities were great and staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had a fantastic stay at comfort inn Alstonia …with my family it is a compact hotel with great rooms ..the team here is amazing specially thx to ms geetanjali. Ms satbir and ms jaspreet …she is so nice 😊 my experience is soo good 👍 food was to yummy …fabulous team….feel like home
