Amritsar is a nice city , so location is always ok for any hotel I think.
I tired to find some improvement points for this hotel, could not find.
"Perfect" is the word to be used.
Rooms are spacious and king size bed, so one cannot have complaints. Cleaning was done twice for me, and service is excellent. Very polite and efficient staffs.
Food is awesome. Front office Manager Ravinder Ji So helpful and attentive .
All our requests are attended to whenever asked to..

This excellent hotel is situated within a 20 minute from the Amritsar Airport and also close to some magnificent historic buildings in the City. On our two night stay, we were impressed by the friendliness, efficiency and attentiveness of the staff. Our room was cleaning, well-furnished and had the facilities one would expect of a hotel of this status - tea/coffee, safe etc. We used the Club bar a few times for snacks and drinks and the service here was friendly and efficient. Restaurant meals and breakfasts were excellent too. Security officer Mr Manpreet Singh is so polite and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to future Amritsar visitors.

Overall, everything was good, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing because the coffee, tea, fried chicken, and paratha were cold. I informed the staff about it, and they promised to fix it.

Perfect location, nice ambience, rooms are spacious and neet clean.
Value for money with complementary brekfast if opted before booking.

This hotel is near to my work location. Best hotel, nice room, best view,
Suggestion need menu change in breakfast as my stay was 5 to 10 days every months. Need Room cleaning before 3 PM they come after 4 PM.
