The shuttle leaves the hotel at 8 am, 10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm and 4:30 pm.

Cons:

We came to check in and when we went to pay for the stay, the price doubled to what I had got the rate at, the hotel manager blamed booking.com whom I had booked with, said this had happend before with other customers and they had complained to booking.com before my husband then said to the manager we booked over a week ago and you had my wife's details could an email not be sent to tell her the price had doubled? He then asked them to let us stay at the price we booked and he refused! We had told him we had booked for our anniversary but he wasn't bothered. We left extremely disappointed

الصور مختلفة عن الواقع و الموظفون غير محترفين لفندق خمسة نجوم و الأثاث قديم ولا يوجد طعام بعد الساعة الواحدة فجرا و الغرفة لا تحتوي على اطعمة خفيفة ولا يوجد مكان في الفندق اشتري منه اطعمه خفيفة لو تصحى في الليل سوف تشعر بجوع شديد هناك اشياء كثيرة ناقصة في الغرفة في فندق يصنف خمسة نجوم

Zwei Nächte in einem sehr angenehmen Hotel - leider bei nicht benutzbarem Pool...
Pros:

Großartiges Personal, sehr komfortables und geräumiges Zimmer, unendliche Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Das kann man wirklich niemandem zum Vorwurf machen; Wir kamen am letzten Tag von Thingyan an, und es lief eine große Pool-Party. Am folgenden Tag durfte der Pool (auf den ich mich eigentlich sehr gefreut hatte) nicht benutzt werden, da erst einmal eine große, ganztägige Reinigung stattfinden musste. Und am übernächsten Tag mussten wir eider schon wieder abreisen - so dass wir leider nicht in den Genuss des wunderbaren Pools gekommen sind!

Would most probably book again
Pros:

Lage, Frühstücksraum + Auswahl Frühstück, Pool design, Bar im Hotel, Ausstattung Zimmer, Kulanz kurzfristige Stornierung, Zahlung des Zimmers vor Ort auch mit Karte.

Cons:

Nutzungszeiten Pool, langsames Service, Wifi, man muss zahle wenn man nach dem Checkout länger sich im Hotel (nicht Zimmer) aufhalten will/muss (weil man z.B. den Flug verpasst hat).
