Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe

Our stay at Aparthotel Adagio Serris was fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations! The service was outstanding, with the staff being so friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to the manager, Sandra, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, her warmth and helpfulness made a big difference.

The hotel’s close proximity to Disneyland was a huge plus, and the convenient shuttle service made getting to and from the park a breeze. The rooms and common areas were beautifully maintained, clean, and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere throughout our stay.

The only minor downside was that the beds could have been more comfortable, but this didn’t detract much from the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Aparthotel Adagio Serris and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Disneyland area. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The 1st night we were happy as we’d received a free room upgrade which was nice and room looked nice overall. There were mould markings in the bathroom. The 2nd night sadly is where it went wrong - we found some cockroaches in our room, in kitchen, bathroom and in the entrance hall to our room. There were approx 5 in the end that we found. When we saw 2 I went straight to the reception and the receptionist asked no questions just moved us immediately to the 3rd floor in another room. Unfortunately no one helped us with our stuff to move. We also had to check all our belongings for cockroaches and eggs. We ended up accidentally bringing one of the cockroaches up to the new room. We then could not settle or sleep very well.

This was obviously an extremely difficult situation that left us feeling gross. No compensation was offered which is appalling.

We suggest a deep clean and pest control are involved periodically.

(A positive to the property is the closeness to Disney)

I didn't like the extra fees per person at check in, other than that the location was great and the staff was friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay. Wife was disappointed there were no reading lamps beside the bed - the lighting was not bright enough to read in bed. very limited. Had a

Room was not comfortable did not get what I reserved was told I would be upgraded to a new room for signing up to their program but did not get a better room.
Shuttle sevice to parks sucks they over pack the bus they wait too long and you can’t even breathe they stuff you like sardines.

Check in was quick and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small buthad really good facilities. The only thing inwould change is to have a toaster instead of a coffee machine as there is already a kettle. Unfortunately the noise dies travel through the wall and on one night there was a very noisy neighbour but overall idhappily stay again. This was my third stay

Walking distance to the Disney land, big shopping mall at walking distance.beautiful place.

Great location for DLP and Val de Europe. 15 min walk to the parks.

Spacious rooms, with good facilities, and having val de Europe close by for groceries (milk, tea… and other essentials) as well as general shopping

The reception staff are very helpful and exceptional , easy access to Disney and local transport , shopping mall just a 7 min walk and lovely clean area . Beds are not great but the rooms are excellent overall good experience would come again , only flaw the beds are cheap and keep moving as they are just sofa beds but besides that room clean , spacious and nice experience. Would use this hotel again l.

Room was perfect for the two of us. Only gripe was the to didn’t work but we never reported it

Very convenient to walk to DLP. In a nice area. Front desk was friendly and spoke English. Allowed us an early check-in which was greatly appreciated after a 10 hour flight.

We only stayed for 1 night, the staff was very helpful and the room was as expected. The only issue we had was with parking because although it is offered as free parking we couldn't park with our vehicle as we had a top box.

Hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic spot - Disney within walking distance and there is a huge mall with everything around the corner. The Italian dinner at Nonna and Nonnos was incredible. I booked this hotel because of the apartment feature and because it was “on” the Magical Shuttle list as hotels they go to. A warning - the Magical Shuttle drops you off at the train station outside of Disney and you have to go through their security to get the the hotels shuttle that runs to and from the theme park - and that shuttle (another reason I booked here) only runs in the morning and the evening, that isn’t clear on their listing. It isn’t a terrible walk to Disney - but with luggage it’s not cute. We had to grab a taxi because we arrived after 11am. The hotel was perfect otherwise and would stay again.

We chose this hotel because of the free shuttle to Disneyland, which made transportation so much easier. The location is also great, with plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. Overall, very convenient and comfortable stay!

Noise heard from the apartment above, especially when they used the loo, the flush pipe can be heard. Tried contacting the property to arrange a cot be in the room on arrival but heard nothing from them, even after getting expedias hotel team involved. Apartment must have only been given a spot clean, as on the last night when we were packing and checked under the beds for anything we may have missed we found lots of dust and a bra pad. At one point had no hot water so had to wait for the boiler to refill with hot water.

Location is great for either the area or Disneyland, in the case of Disney, myself and my wife walked each day pushing a buggy and was fine, if not a shuttle does stop outside the property.

The property would be great, just need some renovations.

Hotel location is great for those who are planning to go to Disneyland and Val d'Europe shopping center. Breakfast is good. Staff are very helpful. Rooms maintenance, cleanliness and condition is terrible: we changed the room as there was spider webs on the ceiling, some electrical switches had short circuit and there were used toilet paper in the bathroom;and even the 4 rooms we checked before moving into another one were not way better though but we chose the least worse of them.

Nice pool, nice room, easy check in/out process. Great Location to Disney, probably the closest non- Disney hotels….convenient.

The aparthotel adagio was a fabulous location with great helpful staff. The only bad part was no A/C like advertised and no coffee available
