Overall it was a very pleasant experience & we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Proximity to the beach was perfect; plenty of dining options nearby. The room itself was clean & majority of hotel was clean.

Cons:

The elevators were a hassle. Seemed very slow & often over crowded…would have to wait for a cycle or 2 before could get in if you had beach gear. Was also disappointed that the sun deck was not accessible to us. Apparently only “owners” or VIP access. Also thought we had an oceanfront balcony room, but reality was it was an “ocean view” off on the side of the hotel. So it was a partial ocean view…a more accurate description would have been nice as we were hoping to have full ocean front facing balcony. Didnt get a chance to see if we had access to the fitness center, but I thought I read we could for an additional charge…but we might have has access, unsure.

We had a good stay and would stay again.
Pros:

The location and the room was very nice.

Cons:

I arrived at 4 to check in but had to wait about an hour for the room to be ready.
The pool area is to small for the amount of people. And the adult pool water looked dirty and oily, didn't go in.

Mixed Experience - Room Not Clean
Pros:

My family is a time share owner and have been staying here for years. We generally enjoy our stays but this year’s stay was marred by some issues that started with the room not being ready at check in time and being given a different type of unit than we were supposed to get which staff blamed on the owner member services. The entrance driveway was blocked by an unattended car which was still blocking the area over an hour later in spite of me reporting it at the front desk. And worst was how dirty the floor was in our room. Crumbs and debris were on the floor and the floor was covered in an oily substance that was dirty, probably dirty mop water. See photos. I cleaned it myself as I didn’t want our vacation disrupted further but it was truly disappointing and gross. I reported it at the front desk and the staff person barely looked at me, gave an unapologetic sounding “sorry about that”and said she would tell management. We did get a call back after leaving a low rating on the owner survey and they did ask what they could do to make it right.

The stay was okay but probably will not return. Was not offered to change room

The dining and kitchen areas was good

Cons:

Bathroom and tub was dirty, foreign substance was on the top of the soap dispenser in the shower Housekeeping was called and never came to clean. Towel rack was broken which was explained at check in but was never repaired during our stay. Room was not as advertised on your site was supposed to have a view of the beachfront. Linen had holds

Mostly everything about the property was fine

Cons:

I thought we were getting an ocean front room, we stayed in an ocean view room. When I inquired about an ocean front room, the staff mostly ignored me. The said they would get back to me but never did. When I checked out they said it was the “verbiage” used when booking. I was meeting my daughter for a long weekend and this was the halfway point for both of us. I promised her an oceanfront room but ended up staying in the ocean view room. Regardless, we had a nice weekend anyway.
