The view was very nice.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working for the entire building, the door to the room didn’t close all the way unless you pulled it very hard and the shower water was cold.

Nice room, but need better service.

The location and the pool facilities.

Cons:

During our 7 day stay, room service only visited our room once. I literally took the trash bag to the trash suit twice during my stay. We needed to bring towels from the pool facilities, so we could have fresh clean towels for use two days. Also, only 1 of the 2 elevators was in working condition for the entire week. A sign was posted on the one elevator waiting for parts. At times there were lengthy waits to use the elevator, luckily we were on the third floor,so I used the stairs frequently.

What you pay for and what you get are two different things I paid for the corner king room and I got a smaller room with two full beds. Also they ask me twice every day if we were checking out . One elevator to accommodate very disappointed

15 Stockwerke und nur zwei Fahrstühle, wobei einer für 3 Tage ausgefallen war

Cons:

Check in was at 4:00. Our room was not ready until 5:30. We waited almost 2 hours in the lobby, we arrived at 3:30. This is unacceptable, and unprofessional. I paid for 4:00 PM check in, the room should have been ready.

Nice staff. Room was better than expected. Pools and locations was perfect.

Cons:

I have a Mercedes sprinter van and it’s taller than most vehicles. It did not fit under the parking garage and they could not offer me anywhere to park or any other recommendations. So that was annoying.

Our stay at the hotel was not what we expected. We made the reservation one month before, based on a specific hotel, room type, and facilities, but upon arrival, everything is change we were given a different hotel and a different room than what we had originally booked. They take decision by there own without informing the customer.
Several of the facilities and services that were included in our reservation were also changed or were not provided as expected. We made our booking based on the original reservation details, so these changes were very disappointing and caused significant inconvenience.
We would appreciate it if you could review this situation and explain why our original hotel, room type, and booked facilities were changed without our approval. We also expect an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience caused.
