Great trip
Pros:

Nice staff. Room was better than expected. Pools and locations was perfect.

Cons:

I have a Mercedes sprinter van and it’s taller than most vehicles. It did not fit under the parking garage and they could not offer me anywhere to park or any other recommendations. So that was annoying.

Excellent location
Pros:

Loved the pool and tiki bar by the pool. Beach and kids park on the beach are super close

Cons:

No room service. Concierge staff to pushy with offering time share, even calling to the room which was annoying.

Our stay at the hotel was not what we expected. We made the reservation one month before, based on a specific hotel, room type, and facilities, but upon arrival, everything is change we were given a different hotel and a different room than what we had originally booked. They take decision by there own without informing the customer.
Several of the facilities and services that were included in our reservation were also changed or were not provided as expected. We made our booking based on the original reservation details, so these changes were very disappointing and caused significant inconvenience.
We would appreciate it if you could review this situation and explain why our original hotel, room type, and booked facilities were changed without our approval. We also expect an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience caused.

Will look for a resort next time.
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable but dated.

Cons:

Valet parking has horrendous. Not worth the fee. The wait to receive the car was insane. The attendant was never around.

The room was cool, I had a balcony with side view of beach. The hotel can use upgrade for price.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

Cons:

The parking lot isn't at the hotel, so if you dont use valet and park your own car you will have to walk. The parking lot isn't far around corner.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience & we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Proximity to the beach was perfect; plenty of dining options nearby. The room itself was clean & majority of hotel was clean.

Cons:

The elevators were a hassle. Seemed very slow & often over crowded…would have to wait for a cycle or 2 before could get in if you had beach gear. Was also disappointed that the sun deck was not accessible to us. Apparently only “owners” or VIP access. Also thought we had an oceanfront balcony room, but reality was it was an “ocean view” off on the side of the hotel. So it was a partial ocean view…a more accurate description would have been nice as we were hoping to have full ocean front facing balcony. Didnt get a chance to see if we had access to the fitness center, but I thought I read we could for an additional charge…but we might have has access, unsure.
