It was on the oceanfront

Cons:

Well the parking attendant jammed my sister's car into off road we had to take it to a dealer to be fixed we called at 6 am for a working coffee pot didn't get it till 7pm it took over an hour to check in and they gave us the wrong room we paid for ocean view not city view so we had to wait another almost hour for them to correct the dishwasher did not work it was not a good experience and no refund other than parking for tearing up my sister's new jeep that she only had for two weeks! .

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean when I got in but I arrived in the middle of the night so I just dealt with it, the valet isn’t worth it, I had to get my own car it took so long, the space to park to leave your car for valet is always full, the beds aren’t comfortable, our toilet was broke half our stay they finally fixed it after day 3 of me stating it was slow leak!! The pools are nice and I have no complaints about that and the local close by restaurants are amazing !! The sun lounge is a nice amenity the hotel has !! During the stay a homeless man got in and was sleeping in a maintance room!! I wasn’t happy with my stay that cost me over 1k for 4 nights
