Amazing staff. Incredible breakfast with so much variety and delicious food! Supplied us with a spacious room and a full sized cot and steriliser for our 9 month old baby. Couldn’t fault it. We were in a great location, walking distance from lots of local attractions and you can use the walkways or the mall to get to these if the roads above are tricky. They also organised a taxi with a car seat to take us from and back to the airport. You must stay here!!
Only thing I would say is their steriliser is a little old so I would recommend that they replace it and get a new one. But this is very specific to those travelling with young children and wouldn’t stop me staying there again!
Super Frühstück, perfekte Lage, sehr freundliches Personal.
Room was large with a great view of the twin towers, there is another hotel "Traders" that has an even better view of the towers.
Rm was cleaned well and professionally as required.
The light switches in our room were hard to operate. There is no one master switch to turn off all the lights, we stayed for 5 nights and each night it was a nuisance to turn off all the lights.
For a 5 start hotel i felt that the front door men were not enough and not that obliging, did not open car doors, and seem to be there for information only.
$40 AUD was simply too expensive for breakfast, I have fruit and a juice for breakfast, so we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel.
The view! This is what we paid for - the corner room overlooks the Petronas Towers and the KLCC Park. The room was spacious and the rain shower is excellent.
Breakfast at the hotel is excellent however we didn’t feel the same about the à la carte dinner.
La luz de la habitación se encendió sola varias veces durante la noche. Además, había que pedir expresamente que te vinieran a limpiar la habitación a través de la app, y nadie nos lo dijo en el check in.
The location was excellent with views of the Petronas Towers.
Our room was extremely specious with a walk in wardrobe and views of KL
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic probably one of the most extensive choices I have ever seen. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely go back if we are fortunate enough to go back to KL
