Nothing more Everything about this stay was excellent. The view is exceptional,waking up to the Petronas Towers right in front of you never gets old, and it alone makes the hotel worth it.
The staff were consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist and quick to accommodate any request.
The breakfast deserves a special mention: a wide selection covering every taste, from local Malaysian dishes to Western and Asian options. there is genuinely something for everyone.
A lovely surprise was the hydroponic farm on site, which guests can visit subject to availability. A great initiative and a really nice touch.

Breakfast was overpriced and crowded
The room was comfortable and large. Breakfast was extensive and good. Location was convenient and central
Lack of service by the pool
The staff were the highlight. Very accomodating and friendly. We traveled with our baby and they loved him and were so kind, going above and beyond. Great pool that was surprisingly quiet and comfortable given the heat and great breakfast
I loved the Location, the gym, , the pool and the BF
I stayed at the hotel twice. The first time, I loved my experience. The second time, however, it was just okay. The hotel was fully booked, and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the high demand. I think they could benefit from having better procedures or a stronger structure in place to handle peak periods more efficiently.
