We got a connecting room.. was woken up by our neighbours talking loudly past midnight as the sound seems to travel below the door gap.

Our second time staying at grand Hyatt kl and we would go back again
Pros:

The buffet breakfast and views of the city are amazing

Cons:

There was a bit of a delay in getting things brought up to the room like towels, but that was not a huge deal

-الغرف نظيفة وواسعة وتفتح النفس.

-واجهت مشكلة في الدفع مع موظف الاستقبال؛ كان الاتفاق أن يتم السداد عند تسجيل الدخول، لكن عند وصولي ارتفع السعر. كما طلب تأمينًا إضافيًا بقيمة 1000 ريال كحق لأول ليلة غير تأمين الغرف، ورفضت ذلك. تمسكت بالسداد حسب قيمة الحجز في بوكنق وقمت بالدفع عبر التطبيق، لكن الموظف رفض بحجة أن المبلغ لا يصل لهم مباشرة ويحتاج يوم أو يومين، قبل أن يتدخل المشرف ويتم حل المشكلة.
-فكره انك اذا احتجت ترقى من تحت الى الغرف لازم تروح للوبي بمصعد بعدين تبدل مصعد وتروح للغرف بمصعد ثاني اشوفها معقده اكثر من اللازم.

Overall great stay with very good facilities and rooms were very clean.
Pros:

Excellent Location, Staff and facilities. The pool was amazing. Breakfast was fabulous!!

Cons:

There is no smoking area anywhere near the pool. Which means for ppl who smoke they need to actually exit the building. This means going up to the lobby and then getting the elevator to the ground floor. This was extremely inconvenient.

Short but a memorable stay.
Pros:

For breakfast, the hotel provided a wide spread of choice of food and drinks. I was glad to taste a few unfamiliar healthy dishes. We had dinner in our room last night. Though what we ordered were just simple nasi ayam, cur udang and lasagna, but they were all exceptionally good. Alhamdulillah. Our room was so cosy and I just could not find any fault :)

Room service needs to be improved

Location was great, perfect view, room was good

Cons:

The bathroom was not cleaned enough when I checked in, I can see many hair on the floor. Also I left my luggage in the morning before checking in, everyone told me my luggage will be in my room but it wasn’t!!! I had 3 calls with the room service telling them my luggage is not in my room but they just keep telling me to check the walk-in closet, took them long enough that they had forgotten to bring my luggage. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional!
