The elevator. Made no sense to go up to lobby on 39th floor in order to change elevators to come down to ground floor. It wasted time.

Нет трансфера от отеля в парк. Как например у отеля Traders. Для семей с пожилыми это , конечно, минус

El hotel es muy antiguo, calidad precio desorbitada, el mobiliario horrible y super antiguo tambien, ademas, detalles que no son de 5 estrellas, tomando una copa en el bar del lobby empezaron a guardar todas las botellas porque iban a cerrar aun estando los clientes sentados desmontan todo el bar (literal) para el desayuno, tienes que hacer cola, esperamos 15 minutos o mas, no me parece lo mas lógico cuando pagamos casi 500 euros por una noche, lamentablemente no estan a la altura
