Amazing breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast is absolutely amazing in this hotel. I think it might be the best I’ve ever had. A good location as well, near Petronas Towers.

Cons:

There could have been better evening dining options. It generally had quite a corporate feel as well.

Falsely accused demanding money they are not due won’t go near them again
Pros:

It was very clean with expansive views.

Cons:

Staff were terrible in demanding a deposit for the room. And falsely accused me of having breakfast after I had checked out and been told there were no room charges. Also neither myself nor my wife ate breakfast any day we were there.

L’emplacement

Cons:

C’est censé être un 5 étoiles mais j’avais l’impression d’être dans un 3 étoiles. C’était très cher pour l’expérience qu’on a vraiment de l’hôtel. Il y’a tellement mieux en Malaisie.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение. Великолепный вид из окна. Бесплатная подземная парковка. Очень хороший ресторан на 38 этаже с хорошими видами и очень вкусной едой.

Cons:

Отель устал. Очень неудобно использовать два лифта. Сначала поднимаешься на 38 этаж. Там ресепшен. А затем нам дали 24 этаж и это уже другой лифт. Неудобно. Если вы курите- не вариант. Туалет в номере 2409 смывал очень плохо. Персонал забывает просьбы. Я бы задумался перед бронированием и искал бы отель поновее.

Very relaxing getaway with great food and a view
Pros:

The room was great, mostly very clean, on detail level some fingers and spots left ont the mirrored surfaces and phone, which could have been more nitized, but I am a former hotel cleaning lady so I notice such details, all in all a very pleasant stay. Amazingly comfortable bed. Breakfast and roomservice was topnotch and elaborste menu

Cons:

The elevator situation is a bit inconvenient, that it takes multiple elevators to get to your room going up and down back and forth.
