Nice views maybe it s better to go in summer time

The room and the view was good. The service and the rules was SO poor and funny. Overpriced for what?

I loved the view and the comfort stay at this hotel it was absolutely nice. I would visit again.

The stay was globally very pleasant.
However the hotel should make some effort on breakfast which is one of the worst we ever experienced.
Room size is ok, globally clean and children friendly.

I was at room 104 and at the time of check in the inside temp was 24, after checking with front desk they said someone is resting the central AC and will work shortly. left the hotel and came back after 6 hours around 1 am and room was still the same. They sent service person to do it and he start working on a ladder inside the room at 2:00 am. I asked for replacement room and we were sent to room 102 and inside temperature of 26. The guy said he just turned the AC and the room will be good shortly. I was not able to sleep and wake up at 8:00 am and room temp was 25. Toilet is made in a way of transparent glass where the person on the bed can see the person in the toilet unless you have to lower the blinds. No door for the shower area so all the water will be on the floor by the time you finish the shower. I MEAN IT the towel are very smelly and you can't use it. If you decide to go make sure you have your own. Way overpriced for the value you will get. Long story short ... Stay away

Very disappointing experience. When we booked it online we have requested for a connecting room and a bigger room for the other room as we had a 6-month-old baby with us so we needed it space. I could understand if the hotel was full, but there were only less than 10 rooms were occupied. Also, the hotel told us that the breakfast wasn’t included which is bizarre because we have selected the option online to be included. We feel that the reception manager were not very understandable with our issues and did not care.

Although they have a couple of swimming pools, the one at the bottom we were not allowed to choose our sand bed, as you would need to pay extra for the bigger beds. The hotel also charge for the car parking which is terrible – my husband and I are widely travelled, this is the only hotel that we’ve known that you had to pay for your car parking, considering that we were staying for 7 days! This hotel is only good for single people, not family, otherwise, next time we will only go there to use the facility not to stay.

At first we got a room that said it was a mountain view room, but in truth it was a parking-and-garbage dumpster view room. We complained and hit a brick wall until someone at reception was kind enough to hear us out and reasonable enough to act. Apart from that, great fun!

Nice and beautiful resort. I really like it. But the food is not so great, only th sushi is good.

The bungalows were nice, but old and not well taken care of. The property has a great pool and beach access, but it is not well staffed. Breakfast was an hour and a half late. No glasses in the room, no bottled water. Room service was slow.
