Was well away from the hustle and bustle of marrakesh for a quiet getaway.
It is very dated. Basic maintenance and upkeep would preserve the property better but this doesn’t seem to be prioritised.
A lovey relaxing oasis so close to Marrakech. The multiple pools, the amazing staff and the tranquility were so lovely
The only thing I would change would be the amount of the light in the room when you went to bed. Emergency exit signs were very bright and couldn’t be turned off and for some reason, the birds sang all night. Got used to it but was a tough first couple of nights.

Das Hotel, so wie die gesamte Anlage ist traumhaft schön. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und wirklich herzlich. Alle sprechen gefühlt mindestens 3 sprachen was alles sehr vereinfacht aber manchmal auch zu Missverständnis führen kann was aber menschlich ist meiner Meinung nach. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an gefühlt wie in einer grossen Familie da. Es gibt 3x am tag ein kostenloser shuttleservice zur Medina oder in den grossen Garten und die Zeiten sind echt genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder

i was overcharged by £130 from booking.com and have tried to resolve this but proving to be very difficult and not helpful this makes me reluctant to book the hotel again for November

Nothing at all. The hotel has poor hygiene levels with ants crawling around in the rooms.
The property had ants and spiders in the room. We had to check out 2 hours later and the hotel refused to give us a refund
Beautiful property. Serene pools & gardens. The room we stayed in had old school charm. The restaurant had amazing menu. All staff were unbelievably friendly & good energy.
Superb hotel experience. This was my second time staying here and loved it. Really enjoyed the heated pool and cinema. Was delighted and thankful for getting an upgrade to the villa with a private pool. Very spacious with good facilities. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to and from the hotel was handy too. Enjoyed the spa too.

L accès à la piscine est possible aux clients extérieurs à l hôtel sous forme de DAY PASS. Il arrive qu il n y ait pas de place sur les transats pour les clients de l hôtel. De plus, cela rend l environnement non propice au calme et au repos. Beaucoup de bruit en journée pour les chambres autour de la piscine chauffée.
