Incredible stay
Pros:

Even thought its like 15 min from the Medina, the staff was there to help you with the transport if you don't use shuttles (in our case we use a private one). The room, the areas, the breakfast, all amazing.

Tudo perfeito desde que cheguei! Nada a apontar!
A Lamia foi incrível, super simpática e prestável. O meu quarto estava preparado mais cedo, e impecavelmente preparado!
O Omar na piscina foi o mais simpático e divertido!
O bar da piscina é bom e rápido! Eu sou super esquisito com a comida e eles fizeram tudo o que eu pedi!
No restaurante para jantar igual!
É o sítio perfeito para viajantes solo, para casais, para famílias! E para mim o segundo melhor hotel de Marrocos.

Un séjour tout simplement exceptionnel et inoubliable ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’accueil chaleureux, la beauté de l’établissement et son architecture magnifique. Tout est pensé pour procurer un véritable sentiment de repos, de bien-être et de déconnexion.

Les nombreuses piscines permettent de profiter pleinement des lieux avec cette incroyable sensation d’être presque seuls, tout en bénéficiant d’un service digne d’un véritable 5 étoiles. Le personnel est constamment aux petits soins, toujours disponible et attentionné.

Les chambres sont très confortables, le spa est superbe, le petit-déjeuner excellent et la restauration est également à la hauteur du reste de l’établissement.

Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs d’un séjour où tout était réuni pour se sentir privilégiés et parfaitement bien. Une expérience vraiment exceptionnelle, avec une seule envie : revenir très vite !

Fabuleux, nous avons trouvé le calme que nous sommes venu chercher.
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique, personnel à l’écoute des besoins de ses clients et réactif, hôtel propre, nourriture très bonne, nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle avec mon père et ma fille, c’est un véritable havre de paix, nous partons reposes et apaises.
Le spa est top et les massages très relaxants.
Les piscines sont propres et magnifiques vraiment nous ne retenons que du bon de ce séjour et nous reviendrons l’année prochaine.
Je ne laisse jamais de commentaires lors de mes voyages mais là je ne pouvais pas ne pas faire l’éloge de cet hôtel incroyable.
Réservez sans hésiter !!!

Spacious, beautiful and very well maintained complex with friendly and attentive staff. There are 3 lovely pools and even though the hotel was at full occupancy, it never felt busy or cramped.

Cons:

The drinks within the complex are very expensive, such as a bottle of water (£7) and cocktails (£16). We bought a bottle of wine with no price on the menu and yes we should have asked the price, but were quite taken aback with the £47 price! If the drinks and food were a little cheaper, it would have encouraged us to purchase more drinks and food around the pool and at the restaurant.

A great stay.
Pros:

The hotel and grounds were really pretty and it was very relaxing. The breakfast was good and the staff were really friendly. We ended up arriving a day early for our original booking and the hotel were really fantastic in ensuring we had a room for the extra night and switched us to the original room when it was available. It was a really lovely stay and that bit of luxury we needed at the end of the holiday.

Cons:

My only complaint is the price is soft drinks and water by the pool. Everything else was the sort of price you would expect but the soft drinks and particularly the water was very expensive.

Everything else was really good.

Prachtige schone zwembaden. (3!) Heel stijlvol ingericht.

Cons:

Verder van centrum en andere restaurants dan gedacht. Delen van het hotel werden verbouwd, waaronder de grote eetzaal. Jammer en wordt ook nergens vermeld.
