The property is huge and beautiful. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Special shoutout to Aissam who took such good care of us and the other guests with the meals etc. Always with the biggest smile :) All facilities in the property are exceptional. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which was massive and absolutely stunning

l'hotel est loin de la Médina mais les taxis viennent à l'hotel donc pas de problème de transport - en plus navette gratuite de l'hotel mise à la disposition des clients - en ce qui concerne les infrastructures - top tant les piscines que l'espace fitness et l'espace détente sont de très bonne qualité. la restauration est de très bonne qualité. le personnel est très pro discret et bienveillant

Notre séjour au Tigmiza a une nouvelle fois été une expérience exceptionnelle. Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique, un véritable havre de paix où chaque détail contribue à créer une atmosphère unique et hors du temps.

Le service est irréprochable, avec un personnel attentif qui anticipe vos besoins avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de discrétion. Une mention toute particulière à Aissam pour son sourire constant, sa gentillesse et son attention lors du service à table, qui ont rendu nos moments encore plus agréables.

Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement fabuleux : varié, généreux et de grande qualité, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée.

Il s’agissait de notre troisième séjour, et cela confirme une fois de plus tout le bien que nous pensons de cet endroit. Nous n’avons absolument aucun doute sur le fait que nous reviendrons profiter à nouveau de ce moment suspendu, si précieux.

La villa 2 chambres avec piscine etait magnifique. La.piscine etait chaude.
Service souriant et ultra disponible.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Tigmiza Boutique Hôtel et Spa. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et de bienveillance. Toute l’équipe est exceptionnelle : attentive, toujours disponible, souriante, avec ce petit mot ou cette attention qui fait vraiment la différence et qui vous fait vous sentir comme chez vous.

Un immense merci également pour le surclassement dans la Villa Royale, qui est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Ce geste a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable.

Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs.

Relaxing tranquil stay out of the city.
Pros:

Beautiful, calm hotel with exquisite design throughout. Spacious, tasteful rooms with super comfy beds and pillows. We stayed in La Verte and loved it. Excellent food (loved breakfast!) service and staff. Loved the main pool area - extremely relaxing. The Hammam & massages were excellent - great staff there too. Easy shuttle service into the centre of Marrakech. Celebrating a birthday during our stay and the staff were attentive and made us feel special. Everything has been thought about at this property, to really high standard and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Perhaps ensure irons are in every room - we did know about this before our stay but our travel iron turned out to be not very good!
