Fantastic place, the rooms are a dream out of a storybook, the staff super nice, and the staff very nice

The grounds are beautiful. Very pretty pools, one of the three is heated.
The shuttle bus to and from the city centre is helpful.
Yoga was fantastic (although not included in your stay and charges London prices).
Cinema is a welcome addition for little ones on a rainy day.
The gym is also good.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, tout était parfait : le personnel adorable et au petit soin, les piscines, la chambre Majorelle très jolie, confortable et propre, le petit déjeuner très complet, le restaurant marocain délicieux... cet hôtel est un véritable coin de paradis. Our stay at Tigmiza was absolutely wonderful. After experiencing Marrakesh whilst staying in the Medina in the past, this time around we wanted to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle and Tigmiza was a calm oasis.
The hotel itself is beautiful. I took so many photos - I don’t think the ones online really do it justice! We stayed in one of the Pavilions, a huge space with our own private terrace for reading, playing cards and drinking our morning coffee. The pavilion rooms are situated a short walk from the main pool area and yet felt lovely and private. The pools are wonderful and in such stunning settings. We never struggled with finding sunbeds when we were there.
The food at all three main restaurants - their Moroccan style, international style and pool-side restaurant - was delicious and varied enough for us to have several meals at the hotel.
The most important thing to call out is the staff at Hotel Tigmiza. Everyone who works there is incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We visited during Ramadan and were conscious that at certain points in the day, the majority of the staff might be feeling particularly tired - but the staff were gracious and wonderful throughout. We are extremely grateful for their service, particularly Aissam, who went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially in providing special gluten free food alternatives for me.
The daily free shuttles into the Medina were fantastic and the staff are also happy to arrange private taxis for you (at an extra cost but great for piece of mind, for example for your airport transfer).
We’ve recommended this hotel to friends already - we hope to come back one day!

Our stay at Tigmiza Hotel in Marrakech was truly unforgettable — without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever experienced. We stayed in the LA VERTE room, and from the moment we arrived, we felt as though we were in our own private villa.
This place is a true paradise — incredibly peaceful, beautifully designed, and maintained to absolute perfection. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the atmosphere is simply magical… a little piece of heaven on earth.
What made our stay even more special was the exceptional staff. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel like royalty every single day. We truly felt like a king and queen, and that feeling will stay with us for a long time.
A very special thank you to Aissam for taking such wonderful care of us at breakfast, Ismel for looking after us at the bar and during dinner, Fatima for keeping everything perfectly clean, and Mohammed for taking such great care of us during dinner. Unfortunately, we couldn’t mention everyone by name, but every single member of the team deserves the highest praise and our deepest gratitude.
Tigmiza is not just a hotel — it’s an experience we will always cherish, and we cannot wait to return.

It’s a beautiful oasis about 20/30mins outside Medina. (Traffic can be a deal breaker took an hour to get to hotel due to traffic). There is a heated Pool which was wonderful option as in late March weather was lovely enough to use the heated pool.

Beautiful property. Stunning decor and staff were amazing. Great food and well priced in my opinion. Great daily yoga and Pilates classes.
