Tigmiza Boutique Hotel & Spa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Tigmiza et en repartons pleinement satisfaits. C’était un véritable moment de détente et de sérénité, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, ma femme et moi.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Une mention toute particulière à Lamya pour son sourire, sa disponibilité et son accueil chaleureux, ainsi qu’à Saad pour son excellent accueil et ses précieux conseils dès notre arrivée.

Merci également à toute l’équipe du restaurant et du bar de la piscine pour la qualité du service. Une mention spéciale à Aissam, toujours souriant, serviable et disponible, avec son légendaire « Grand plaisir ! » qui résume parfaitement l’esprit de l’établissement.

Nous remercions également la direction pour le geste très apprécié de nous avoir surclassés, une délicate attention qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Si vous recherchez un endroit paisible pour vous détendre, vous ressourcer et profiter d’un service de grande qualité, nous vous recommandons sans hésiter l’hôtel Tigmiza.

Tigmiza is a beautiful resort with lovely gardens and villas and rooms full of Moroccan character. The pools are large and clean (no real shallow ends to speak of though) and the sunbeds are comfortable. In general, the staff are friendly. The breakfasts were good (especially the omelettes) if you don't mind sharing your pastries and breads with the birds who fly in routinely. The thing that really upset us was the charge for soft drinks, water, and ice that the management refused to compromise on when my family wished to remember a loved one who had passed away just a few days earlier. Despite many conversations, we had to accept that 5 small cans of coke, 5 small cans of tonic water, 4 bottles of water and a bucket of ice was over 80 pounds. The ice itself was 20 pounds because we happened to bring a bottle of wine with us and didn't buy it from the hotel. This was totally unacceptable and soured our personal experience.

The place is expensive and is isolated with very limited conveniences. One …very expensive restaurant with almost no real food choices…some European and Moroccan fare. Front desk staff is belligerent and very uncooperative. Grounds are well kept with an available ATM outside. One way taxi ride from train station to hotel is USD$25.-

Nice swimming pool with nice foliage but few takers however. Free daily Shuttle bus/navette to and from hotel to downtown Marrakesh Medina runs 3x/day…about 20 minutes each way. First bus to town is 10AM and the last returning bus returns to hotel at 8:30PM. A 20 minute sweltering walk from bus drop off downtown to the central walled souk/Medina.

Recommend to choose another hotel for better food/services, more conveniences, less front desk hassles and closer to town. Most of all a place that gives better value for your money.

Overall rating 4/10. Cute but not recommended.

They had flies and insects in the room. We left our room one day earlier and requested for the refund. They did not give us and said they will give us credit towards next stay within six months. How does it possible to use that credit if we are not going back to that same hotel and flying to Morocco from USA again. I should be refunded

El hotel es ideal con todas las comodidades de un hotel de lujo. Las habitaciones eran enormes y tematizadas. Hay varias piscinas, spa, cine. Todo merecía una foto. El staff es maravilloso siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Le cadre magnifique, l’intimité, le calme, la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que leurs intentions particulières. L’espace SPA est aussi un atout non négligeable, contribuant à notre bien-être et détente.
La restauration est aussi excellente, pour tout les goûts et envies, du petit déjeuner jusqu’au dîner.
Notre voyage de noces fut réussi et restera gravé dans nos mémoires.

This hotel is stunning. :) Amaizing garden with palmtrees, clean pool, interior desing is perfect :) the stuff is so helpful and kind. The foods are tastey and fresh. Our room had been cleaning every day. So we had a great time there. Lokation is good, because the medina is 15minutes by car. Well I heartily recommend it.

We had an amazing family stay in a villa with a private pool. The property was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent.

Most of our days were spent at the third pool with our children, enjoying the sunshine and the outstanding service. A special thanks to Ahmed, who looked after us throughout our stay. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and refreshing smoothies made every day even more enjoyable.

Ahmed’s attention to detail and friendly attitude truly enhanced our experience. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

Établissement juste magnifique calme reposant 3 piscines les chambres très spacieuse avec belle terrasse le personnel aux petits soins très gentil professionnel y aller les yeux fermés .. seul bémol 20 min en voiture de Marrakech mais c est peut être ça qui fait la beauté de cet endroit je reviendrais très vite
