Confortable and restful. Would not go there as a destiny for enjoyment. I went to a wedding.

Nice view and local. Spa good. The pools and jacuzzis not so nice. Not good veews and poor privacy. Old furniture. The restautant ok. Old furniture.

One of the most pleasant experiences (of many) in México!
Pros:

LOVED this place. Staff was stellar ... in every way. Breakfasts were spectacular! Beautiful views from my room, the restaurant terrace, and basically the entire place. My room was spacious, with excellent bathroom and spectacular views. Just far enough outside of Tepoztlan to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough for easy visit. Excellent spa w massages. Generally spectacular.

I don't think anything there needs improvement!

Special and magical
Pros:

It is a very special place for those who are looking for a real healing and disconnection time in a less pretentious facility. The facilitators (shamans) and spa personnel are top notch. Highly recommend the temazcal- one of the bests I have ever had! Watching the sunrise is also magical.

Cons:

The staff could be more welcoming and helpful and the food service can also be improved in terms of quality and presentation.

Un lugar tranquilo
Pros:

Tiene varias actividades (yoga, sauna, laberinto, etc), el lugar es muy tranquilo. El restaurante está muy rico, solo que el precio ronda entre 500- 700 la comida en pareja. Los meseros, algunos son muy amables y otros más serios. En la mañana tienen desayuno en paquete por 365, solo que no te preguntan si quieres paquete, te dicen directamente si quieres jugo y café (que incluye el paquete) y pues terminas eligiéndolo.

Cons:

El hotel tiene varios predios, algunas habitaciones deben tener una vista espectacular mientras que otras no y para ir entre algunas zonas debes salir del principal para llegar a otro. Puede ser algo a considerar si esto te afecta. El estacionamiento es de tierra, uno que está atrás del salón está bien, pero el otro está más descubierto y puede ser no tan agradable.
