Good value for money. Close to airport.

Nice hotel with super airport shuttle service for a short stay. It’s a short walk to the metro station for a (cheap) trip into the city.
Everything at the hotel was good … no complaints.

Overall very good. Only problem for me, i like walk to property and it was hard to find. So i had to take taxi.

The area around the hotel, might to everyone's taste, but it is authentic Bangkok, & safe. I did not use the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but used the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, which runs once an hour. The hotel was clean, with regular re-supplies of coffee & water

A 10 minutes de l'aéroport. La navette est venue me chercher pour 150 bath. Chambre très bien pour une nuit . Arrivé à 2h am. Check in 2 minutes

Absolutely wonderful hotel . Clean tidy and excellent value for money . If flying from or to Suvarnabhumi airport ideal to refresh and relax before or after your flight . Every single member of staff is so polite and helpful as is the Thai way.

The hotel is ideally located for BKK airport. I arrived after dark and left before sunrise, therefore, I cannot comment on the area and facilities around the hotel.

A little bit noisy at night. The room is not sound proof. Air condition has loud noise.

Nice staff and clean hotel

Budget hotel- you get what you pay for. We stayed here a it’s close to the airport and train line. Stayed for 2 nights. About. 15 min walk to Lat Kringle train station. The airport line connects to the SkyTrain line at Phaya Thai in the city.

Not a lot of places to eat in the immediate vicinity- there are street food vendors out on the main road from early Am to late afternoon but only a couple of vendors in the evening.

If you walk down Lat Krabang road toward the motorway, there are a few big restaurants hidden away on the river front. Good food and good service- worth the walk

The hotel restaurant isn’t currently open for any meal service so don’t count on that being available.

Room was comfortable. Aircon was broken in 1 room- thankfully we could change to another room for the 2nd night

The Phoenix was just what I needed it to be. A short way from BKKAirport, clean, has a shuttle to the airport that was timely, helpful staff.

This used to be a great place by the airport with a free shuttle, and a hostel vibe but with private rooms. I've stayed here in the past, and recently booked two nights. The room's aircon was musty and bothered my allergies, as well as not having any soap or clean towels, and the bed arrangement was not honored. When inquiring about a new room (In Thai) was basically told there was nothing they could do that night but try to find a second room for the second night. I stayed at a different hotel at my expense, and I came back the second day and it was the same exact problem but different room. No clean towels, no hand soap.. I think there are many other options (look directly across the street, not going to name names). I was never refunded and told because I booked online, there was nothing they could do. Pity.

Clerk spoke excellent English; shuttle driver was punctual

I love this hotel! I book it every time I fly into Bangkok late at night. It’s so close to the airport and 7/11 is down the street! They also have amazing authentic Thai coffee

We needed an overnight stay somewhere near the airport in Bangkok and The Phoenix was absolutely perfect for this. It's about a 15 minute drive away so super quick to get to and from the hotel. They do offer an airport shuttle service for 150 thb per room but make sure to book it 24hrs in advance before you arrive. We got a taxi there which wasn't too expensive either but used the shuttle in the morning which was great.
Room was comfortable and clean so we had a great night sleep ahead of our early flight. It is also pretty cheap. Would recommend!
