Comfortable and cosy stay with nice views from the balcony.
Pros:

The room was very cosy and the facilities within the room was very good. It was clean and fresh. The view from our balcony was nice. Thank god for the heated room because it was pretty cold the time we stayed in mussoorie. That was a big saviour.

Cons:

The food both at the breakfast and the in-room dining was not that great. It can be better. Also, we would have preferred a private balcony or some kind of partition in the balcony area as people sometimes walked up from the reception to our balconies which was a little uncomfortable.

Good for a no fuss, no expectations of any kind of experience, for a night or two!
Pros:

Staff are polite and courteous to the best of their ability. The rooms are decently refurbished however there is lots to work on when it comes to maintenance and upkeep of the facilities. Lacks attention to details. However, for a quick - no fuss, no expectations of any kind of experience - it's a good place for a night or two.

Cons:

Corners in the shower area had mold. There was a wire sticking out of the wall in the bathroom near the vanity counter. Breakfast was published to be served from 8 am however it was ready for service only at 8:15 am. The staff did not seem to know the use of "Registration Card Folders" and "Bill Folders" - despite having them available.
