Pros:

The breakfast is served on the rooftop, internet works well. Breakfast was good. Busy area but good location. Close to the beach.

Cons:

There were ants in the toilet and there were little bugs on the wooden table which got into my stuff. The isolation is pretty bad so you can hear everything from outside the room and any noise other people make in the corridors.

Pros:

The location was very good, close to shops and Kuta beach and also very close to the airport which was why we stayed.

Cons:

The room and bathroom was pretty grubby and the overall feel of the hotel wasn't very nice. It was pretty noisy during the night with other people and also what sounded like animals in the roof space.

I would not stay again.

Pros:

The staff…This is what I liked the most,the staff ,Desi in particular …she was amazing and always helping me if any issues was there. Honestly,if wasn’t for her I wouldn’t rate the hotel but because she was so amazing ,I have decided to give a good feedback!

受付の方がとても笑顔が素敵で良かった

Cons:

部屋もシーツも湿気で臭い、アリなどの虫が多く全身痒くなった。夜も車の音や騒音でうるさくて眠れなかった。2泊予約してたが、1泊だけして別のところに移動しました。
