Pros:

The hotel is located inside the train station, with easy access to the Shinkansen and metro station. The room was clean and amenities were available at the front desk floor. The shower on the ceiling was really good. Staff was nice and helpful.

心地がいい
Pros:

朝食もいいし、スタッフの対応が非常によく、教育が徹底されていると感じた。アクセスもいいし、また利用したいとおもう。シャンプーもいい香りで、購入した。

Klein aber fein!
Pros:

Die Lage und die Anbindung war hervorragend. Man kommt direkt im Bahnhof raus, mit Läden, Restaurants und allen Zuganbindungen. Also Top!
Auf den Geschossen ist eine Eismaschine für Eiswürfel und ein Getränkeautomat mit günstigen Preisen.

Cons:

Problem ist nur, dass die Zimmer extrem klein sind. Das erinnerte uns eher an die Studienzeit, als an ein Hotelzimmer. Ausstattung war sehr gut, es war alles da. Nur eben viel zu klein.
Ein weiteres Problem war, dass die Türe zwischen den beiden Hotelzimmern (Eltern und Kinder), entweder offen oder geschlossen sein konnte. Änderung geht nur durch das Personal.
