駅に直結し、助かりました。
Pros:

部屋はそれほど広くないが、

- habitación demasiado pequeña
- desayuno : era en un restaurante vietnamita fuera del hotel , y solo había opción de desayuno menú vietnamita o japonés , no los recomiendo para nada , al final decidimos no desayunar allí el resto de días de nuestra estancia

Great location!
Pros:

Location was awesome, right at Shin-Osaka station. Breakfast was good, although it was a bit strange to go outside of the hotel to a restaurant in the station.
Most of the staff were excellent and very helpful.

Cons:

Front Desk Manager was very helpful in giving some of our party tips on where to explore and do a bit of shopping. However, when he tried to help us with luggage forwarding, he kept contradicting what the staff were saying and it was confusing and frustrating. It would have been easier if we could have dealt directly with staff, as they were clearly very able and efficient.

Comfortable overnite stay at convenient location for Shinkansen

交通方便，但房間偏小
Pros:

下樓就是JR新大阪站，裡面有滿多吃的，但進出車站的人潮總是很多！

Cons:

訂的房型住兩個人平躺很勉強，房間最多只能開一個行李箱，插頭很多但都離床有一段距離。
