It was good value for the money and the location was spectacular. highly recommend
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were friendly with assistance.

Cons:

The room is not sound proof so during our stay we heard all the noises from neighboring rooms.

Very nice stay and location was great
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, staff everything was good.

Cons:

We booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids including breakfast for 2 nights through booking.com. But for our surprise the staff said the breakfast is free only for one of the kids. They charged 500000 Dong for the second one.

Always the best
Pros:

My 1st choice in Saigon. Always the best at a reasonable price. I especially like the window-less rooms for complete dark sleeping.

Good stay but room needs some attention
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location (walkable distance to key sightseeing spots) - there also is a circle K right in front of the hotel where you can easily buy water and snacks, hotel also has a decent view if you’re on the higher floors and they keep your luggage after checkout for free

breakfast was very good offering freshly made eggs, fresh fruit, bread and toppings, cereal and warm food

Cons:

We had lots of small bugs in our room (803), particularly in the bathroom. They’d keep coming out from behind the mirror and a crack behind the door and range from a small millimeters to a little over a centimeter. Unfortunately, they also were in the bedroom crawling around which did make me uncomfortable. Perhaps it’s just a problem of this room. The hair dryer in this room also needs to be replaced as it’s fixed up with tape, super slow, and falls out of the socket when you try and plug it in.

If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll have your issues. Noise levels from outside are quite present and curtains aren’t blackout. It didn’t bother us too much but we also only stayed one night.

Reception staff are not interested in assisting with any questions, borderline unfriendly. More interested in whatever they are watching on their phones.

The doorman and staff at the breakfast were friendly.

Room/s need a refresh - furniture is chipped, curtains are dirty and marks on walls.

Pros:

Good location for first time visitors with the main museums, markets right close by. Very well priced when converting. Rooms were cleaned every day. The doorman especially was super friendly as was the breakfast staff.

Cons:

The reception could be friendlier and more helpful. The room I had was facing the main street so a lot of traffic and people noise till late. The bathroom was old and the towels had such a strange smell which was off putting perhaps due to the water in the city.
