Pros:

location and breakfast simple but ok

Cons:

The bath tub should be removed.
Instead a walkin shower is better.
Bath Tub is no longer favoured it waste water.
To climb in and out is high risk.
Even for able person as there is no handle bar to assist.
One can slip and get injured

Pros:

The breakfast variety was reasonable. I liked the room space, came with make up table & even a couch. Location was near many eateries and shopping centres. Room was clean. Toilet was clean. Considering my standard of cleanliness is very high, the room met my standards. I was given the High floor. Happy that there was a convenient store and even a spa, although I didn't get to visit the spa.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet had flies and fleas landing on the food. The mini fans don't help, so please do something else. This is grossly unhygienic & unacceptable as these insects also dwell in toilets, rubbish & rotten food.
The hotel bathroom should have a normal shower area. Cos the bathtub 🛀 is too high and not safe to climb in and out. Most guests don't need a bathtub, some have elderly and children. The cleaning staff needed to be prompted and asked to clean the bathroom floor, clear the food plate. Didn't refill the coffee and tea. Restaurant closed for lunch, only buffet offered for dinner.

Pros:

Upon checking in and the first night, the Concierge was rude. Especially the staff on duty on the first night when I called to request for extra bath room floor towel, she hung up on me before I got the chance to thank her and finish my sentence.

Cons:

The bed was very noisy.

Breakfast still the same menu Nasi lemak since 2024 we stay at the hotel...hopefully the Breakfast can change in future
