Water from the shower sprayed farther than the bathtub, causing water to run onto the toilet floor.

The hot water knob on the shower came off.

I have been staying at this hotel whenever I visit JB, and overall, I have always enjoyed the convenience and the pleasant experience here. The hotel has a nice location.

Cons:

During my recent stay, however, I noticed that the room is starting to look quite worn out and could benefit from some refurbishment. One of the electrical plugs was not working, which was inconvenient, especially when we needed to charge our devices.

The toilet flush also needs some attention. It does not flush properly unless you push the button firmly and in the right way. This is a small issue, but it would be good for the hotel to check and repair it so that guests can use the facilities without any difficulty.

Comfortable room, easy to control switches from bedside, however limited adjustment for aircond.

El desayuno

Cons:

Habrian tantas cosas negativas a destacar, pero solo hare referencia a las mas relevantes. Lo mas desagradable resulto ser la limpieza , desde el primer momento te topas con una alfombra que esta mas sucia que el suelo de las calles, los baños bastante insalubres, el aire acondicionado funcionaba pero no se podia regular la temperatura ni tampoco apagarlo , ya que la unica forma era parar la corriente en la habitacion. Los aparatos electronicos tenian solamente uso decorativo , y la ubicacion recordaba a una favela brasileña.
