Pros:

Buffet breakfast had an excellent choice.
Rooms were very well organised and clean. House keeping were excellent.
Check in organised my parking for disability and could not of been more helpful.
Taxi service number the hotel provided were an excellent service.
The walk into town is very easy and direct.
We had a lovely stay

Staff were very friendly. Very helpful.breakfast was better than expected lots of choice

Cons:

Understaffed on monday night but very busy with two staff manning kitchen bar and reception. They coped amazingly with a full hotel. Extra coffee machine at breakfast would be good

Cons:

The rooms are not sound proofed enough you can hear room next door conversations also had an adjourning door to another room where they had a child crying all night and could hear everything. I know children cry, but hotel design doesn’t give any privacy or quiet rooms. Hardly got any sleep 😴

Much better option than airport hotels.
Pros:

It was not fancy, but it was comfortable. Staff was great. Less than 30 minutes from Heathrow.
