Excellent hotel, questionable car park
Pros:

Convenient, freshly refurbished, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

The car park is a joke. Ok if you have a car that can back into a space with you outside it controlling it on your phone (as I had to) but some spaces couldn’t even do that with most cars and I reckon that’ll be the only time I ever use the auto park my car happens to have.

Pros:

Great reception staff and good facilities, clean modern rooms (looked brand new), spotless and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their hospitality.
Pros:

Everything was clean and the staff were all helpful and polite. They really made us feel welcome. The location was within walking distance of Windsor Castle and a very nice Wetherspoons. The reception was open 24 hours, although not needed was nice to know. Food was also available to be delivered if required. Car parking was also available. For us this was a bonus.

There was nothing we didn't like.
