Pros:

Posizione ottima a 2 passi dal centro - Staff molto cordiale e disponibile - Colazione abbondante a buffet, c'erano anche i sacchetti in carta che lo staff ti invitava a prendere per portare via se anche la merenda o qualunque altra cosa disponibile per la tua giornata!

Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Lage sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir haben öfters in diesem Hotel übernachtet, diesmal waren die Zimmer kleiner. Wir fühlten uns eingeengt.
Beim Frühstück bitte Käse und Schinken, Spiegelei anbieten. Vielfältiger.
Nicht jeder darf süsses essen.

The staffs..!!!! they were all very welcoming... We stayed in the hotel on the 3rd and 4th of april. All the staff who were on duty that day were amazing! Bera, bilyani, penelope, 2 guys on sat morning,...5 stars for them...! Amazing service. !

Cons:

Hmmm. Pancake machine. Pancakes are too small. Very slow too. But other than that... Very satisfied

Fantastic and carnt wait to come back!
Pros:

The hotel couldn’t have been more perfect, 15 minutes drive from Legoland and 20 minutes walk from the train station straight through to Waterloo train station. 10 minutes walk away from Windsor Castle. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough, great selection for breakfast and tasted great.

Perfect stay in modern hotel with really lovely staff.
