Excellent
Pros:

I had the best at this holiday Inn in Windsor. Love the fact that it is near the station. Calm atmosphere and good rooms. Customer Service is top. Plus Kudos to Karen and Hani!!! Had a minor issue that they both helped me resolve.

Will definitely be back!!

Best find close to Windsor Central!
Pros:

I never thought I would have enjoyed this stay so much! The service, and professionalism the team had, has made me think twice about staying in other major chains.

Karen checked me in, and was very helpful and informative, and the manager - Hani helped me with a blockage I had in my sink! Well done girls! I will definitely stay again!

Great stay again, perfect for Legoland
Pros:

So many positives. Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, comfort. We got a friendly welcome and checked in with ease. Room was clean, cool, modern, just what we needed. Breakfast was excellent. Good start to the day. Will definitely be back if we return to Legoland as it’s only a short taxi ride there and we could get a bus back.

Pros:

Exquisite! The hotel is situated in a walking distance from the historical center, nearby green parks and recreation gardens. The staff was really helpful and open to support at any time. Legoland is only 50 minutes away, you can either take the 702 or 703 bus from All saints church bus stop, or walk through the fields where people walk their dogs and the Association of drones let their machines fly high in the sky. The breakfast is as good as in any other Holiday Inn and they provide fresh water all they long. The garden is suitable for relaxing day and night.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

This hotel is amazing, so much better than I expected.
Everything seems brand new, clean and bright.
As soon as you walk through the door you feel welcomed.
The lobby, bar area, outdoor area and restaurant are so well cared for, even the toilets are nice
All of the staff have been really friendly and helpful especially at breakfast when they were short staffed but did a fantastic job of keeping on top of everything.
The bedroom is so nice, the bed is extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was a big bonus during this heatwave, I really don’t want to leave.
The bathroom is clean with a great shower.
The only thing that could possibly let it down would be the very small car park but obviously that is not something they can do anything about, we did have to park about a 10 minute walk away.
I would definitely stay here again
