Pros:

Siempre que me alojo en esta cadena hotelera es excelente el trato del personal . El desayuno inglés muy completo. Hemos estado muy cómodos . Es un hotel ideal para viajar en familia .

Exceptional hotel in great location with excellent service and value for money
Pros:

On arrival the staff were very helpful as we arrived early and were able to leave our car in the underground car park until check in. The gentleman at reception then gave us great directions with a map so we could walk into Windsor town ( approx 10 min walk) We returned at 3pm for check in and again a very efficient and friendly service at check in. The room was bigger than expected and exceptionally clean. We went back into Windsor and returned about 8pm for a drink in the bar/dining area. Again the environment and look of the lounge/dining area was exceptional and also the service. We were up early to enjoy breakfast from 6.30am, with a great choice of breakfast, yoghurt, fruit, muffins, croissants, toast and full English breakfast.... all included in price and again spotlessly clean and excellent service.. Best stay in a hotel for a while and will definitely go back.

Cons:

nothing... no improvement needed as exceptional service and hotel.

Enjoyable stay, great hotel.
Pros:

We had a grest stay at this hotel. Located in a quiet and seemingly safe neighbourhood (located next to the police station) the hotel is modern snd spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly, cooked breakfast (included in the price) was very nice and the room smallish but ideal for us. Lovely patio area when weather nice. Car parking was £15 overnight but secure in an underground park with barriers. Great stay, highly recommended.

Friendly helpful staff
Pros:

2nd visit to the ihg Windsor. Friendly helpful staff on last visit, so no hesitation in rebooking. Didn’t disappoint this time either. All staff we came across went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and easy, and offered help with a wheelchair user without being asked.
