Fantastischer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im **ibis Styles Nagold** und sind rundum begeistert. Das Hotel macht seinem Namen alle Ehre: Das Design ist modern, farbenfroh und zieht sich mit viel Liebe zum Detail durch das gesamte Haus.
Hier sind die Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht haben:

* **Die Zimmer:** Sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und überraschend ruhig. Die Betten sind unglaublich bequem – wir haben fantastisch geschlafen!

* **Der Service:** Das gesamte Team war super herzlich, aufmerksam und stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

* **Highlight Kaffeemaschine:** Die Kaffeemaschine ist der absolute Hit! Sie macht sogar Kaffeeprodukte mit Hafermilch – ein riesiger Pluspunkt für alle, die pflanzliche Alternativen lieben.

* **Das Frühstück:** Der Kaffee ist top, allerdings ist das Frühstück für Veganer und Vegetarier leider nur mäßig geeignet. Hier sollte definitiv noch etwas nachgebessert werden, um das Angebot zeitgemäßer zu gestalten.

* **Der Wellnessbereich (mit Verbesserungspotenzial):** Die große Sauna im Spabereich ist eigentlich ein echtes Highlight und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Burgruine! Um jedoch mehr Gästen einen angenehmen Saunagang zu bescheren, sollte hier statt der aktuellen 95°C eher eine Temperatur von 85°C angestrebt werden. Vielleicht ließen sich dadurch auch die Energiekosten etwas senken – und im Gegenzug könnte man die Sauna dann schon ab 16:00 Uhr statt erst um 18:00 Uhr öffnen.
Besonders schade war die Situation mit der zweiten Sauna: Das Saunarium mit 60°C wirkt leider wie ein dunkles Loch und war während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts komplett außer Betrieb. Somit gab es leider überhaupt keine Ausweichmöglichkeit für diejenigen, denen die andere Sauna zu heiß war.

Ideal gelegen, um Nagold und die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Ein tolles Hotel mit klasse Vibe.

Locatie midden in het centrum, mooie parkeergarage, ontbijtbuffet

Cons:

Airco op de kamer was stuk (buiten 35 graden). Personeel wist dit maar liet ons in de waan dat het na 20-25 minuten moest werken in de hoop dat we het erbij zouden laten. Nee dus, na diverse malen heen en weer naar de kamer (6e verd.) en receptie, weer inpakken en naar een andere kamer en ons dan ook nog het gevoel geven dat we een gratis upgrade hadden gekregen terwijl het dezelfde kamer was.

Schlaflose teure Nacht
Pros:

Es liegt direkt am Stadtplatz und es gibt eine Tiefgarage (12€ pro Tag, allerdings viel zu teuer, bei dem eh schon teuren Zimmer)

Cons:

Dass nachts plötzlich 2 fremde Menschen in meinem Zimmer standen, 20 Minuten später der Nachtrezeptionist klopfte und fragte, was ich in dem Zimmer machen würde 😡
Morgens um 7:30 Uhr die Putzfrau klopfte, obwohl ich nur eine Nacht gebucht hatte und bis 11 Uhr auschecken kann?!?

Sehr schade, ungelerntes Personal in der Check in Zeit allein zu lassen, über 1 Stunde gewartet. Zimmer war mit weiteren Matratzen zugestellt.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful place. Noise cancellation is great, the AC is working perfectly, and the breakfast was yummy. I'd certainly recommend staying there

Cons:

A tiny minus: there is no kettle in the room; however, there are unlimited tea and coffee pods at the reception. The con is that it's not available after 9 pm (or at least it's what we're being told).

rezervisao sam sobu sa klimom dobio sam bez klime nije bilo cisto imalo je nekih bubica po podu nema frizider u sobi na bukingu stoji da je check out do 13 sati kad sam se odjavljuvao u 11:30 trazili su da platim jer nisam napustio do 11 po njihovom pravilu a na bukingu stoji drugo vreme znaci prevaranti…
Na recepciji je bila neka devojka iz srbije veoma fina dok je njen kolega vuce na nekog turcina ili sta je vec veoma arogantan.
Sve u svemu najbolje izbegavati
