If you need somewhere close to Venice, on a budget then this is fine
Pros:

The breakfast was basic but set us up well for the day.

Bed was very comfortable and clean as were towels etc.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room - the bathroom could do with attention/modernising.

The net curtains in the breakfast room were stained and there were were ants on the food surface which found their way into my coffee.

Being mopped around whilst waiting in reception and for the lift.

Blisko dworca autobusowego/tramwajowego, bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel, dostępny darmowy parking z tyłu budynku z zamykaną na noc bramą

Pokoje nie są luksusowe, w łazience ze słuchawki prysznicowej woda ciekła bokiem, brak czajnika w pokoju ( ale pożyczyli nam na recepcji )

el personal encantador, nos dejaron hacer el check in antes y nos explicaron con un mapa el sistema de transporte, nos dejaron tenedores y agua hirviendo, fueron simplemente encantadores. sin duda repetiríamos, nos sentimos muy acogidos.
