Buena ubicación, en un edificio incómodo y desactualizado.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy práctica y tiene una excelente conexión para trasladarse a Venecia.

Cons:

La estructura del edificio es pésima: el ascensor llega hasta el segundo piso y al último hay que subir por escalera, lo cual es sumamente incómodo para las maletas. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear y la comodidad del cuarto se deslucía por una decoración mediocre. El baño está desactualizado; la bañera tiene un duchador de mano a una altura muy incómoda. En cuanto a la logística, el estacionamiento del hotel es sumamente estrecho, incómodo y de acceso muy complejo. Además, la calidad del desayuno no era buena y el entorno del hotel por la noche no resulta agradable ni atractivo para pasear.

Pros:

Hotel has a excelent location. Every transport stop are just 5 minutes walk. To Venice you need about 40 minutes by bus or tram. Nestre centre is in 10 minutes. Near by is very good market, shoping mall, cafes, restourants:)
Staf is very welcome:)

Pros:

Im extremely happy with my stay. The hotel’s location was excellent, the staff were wonderful and helpful , the breakfast exceeded my expectations for the price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation close to public transportation, with easy connections to Venice. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every day! The neighborhood is very safe, making it a great choice for travelers.

Badezimmer Alt. Fliesen in der Dusche rausgefallen und zu eng. In Schlafzimmer hat gestunken wahrscheinlich wegen der Feuchtigkeit von der Dusche weil dahinter ist alles nass und abgefallen Loch in der Wand

Absolut zu empfehlen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Raum Venedig 👍

Wow, where to begin? Hated everything. Dark, spooky hotel, terrible bed, horrible shower with poor draining, noisy elevator, smelly and poorly maintained facility. Also spent a night nearby at the Michaelangelo hotel, which was SO much better and cheaper! Stay away from it!
