מלון ממש טוב ארוחת בוקר טובה.
הגעתי לחדר והיו שיערות במקלחת. הגעתי לקבלה במטרה שינקו.
העבירו אותי חדר לחדר נקי.
עם זאת, הזמנתי ארוחת בוקר ערב לפני כי זה עושה הנחה, בבוקר כשהגעתי לחדר אוכל הם לא ראו את ההזמנה שלי והייתי צריכה ממש להתכווכח איתם כדי שיאשרו לי להיכנס.

Cons:

לכלוך, הצוות לא היה פתוח לעזור כשלא הכניסו אותי לחדר אוכל.

Pros:

部屋がとても綺麗で夜景がとても良かった。
シャワーの水圧、温度調節とも良い。
雰囲気がとても良くスタッフさんも親切だった
コンビニがホテル前に有るので便利

Cons:

立地が山の上なので釜山駅からの歩きが多いと流石に疲れた、が、歩く価値は十分有る！
バス、タクシーを使えば全く問題なし
冷蔵庫にジュース、ビールが少し入っていた、わかっていたら買っていかなかった、

The room and hotel in general.

Cons:

Lack of hospitality and customer attention. Zero help with luggage or anything for that matter. Bath and spa area only for men and with an additional charge. For the price of the room and level of hotel, these facilities should be included. Even the cost of breakfast was overpriced, which we opted out of

El hotel es muy bonito por dentro y por fuera. El buffet es realmente amplio, y me gusto que había opciones locales y otras más genéricas.

Cons:

Nosotros íbamos en grupo de 5, pedimos habitación de 2 y de 3 pero no pudimos quedar juntos o almenos en el mismo piso, habían 6 pisos de diferencia entre nosostros. Para nosotros no hubo tema al ser todos adultos, pero si son familias con niños pequeños puede ser importante.
