4 stelle?! Dove?

Premetto che avevamo necessità di una camera per il fine settimana, con colazione inclusa, dato che, uscivamo la mattina per un evento, intorno alle 7:15, e rientravamo solo nel tardo pomeriggio… Prenotazione tutto ok, fino al giorno dell’arrivo, in cui ci viene detto che la colazione sarebbe stata servita dalle ore 7:30 (“perché è vent’anni che la facciamo a quell’ora!” Cit.) Questo non è segnalato nel sul sito né sui vari portali, e non si tratta nemmeno di una richiesta particolare o speciale, dato che nello standard italiano la colazione parte dalle 7… Dopo aver segnalato che avevamo questo problema ci è stato detto che non era possibile consumare la colazione mezz’ora prima in quanto la sala non era pronta per le ore 7:00, ho chiesto quindi se fosse possibile farci preparare delle box da portar via (dato che era stato tutto regolarmente pagato), ci tengo a precisare che ho presentato io eventuali soluzioni, ho staff si è limitato a rispondere “purtroppo non è possibile”. Comunque sulle prime la richiesta è stata accolta, potevamo avere delle box, poi dopo poco è stato ritrattato tutto, la colazione sarebbe stata preparata al bar, e li potevamo consumarla… La mattina dopo abbiamo trovato due piatti con dentro due mini cornetti, sei fettine di ciambellone e due yogurt, fine. Un piattino vuoto da dividere in due per poter consumare il poco che c’era e una sola forchettina.
In risposta alle nostre facce contrariate un membro dello staff ha detto: “Lo so che non è come fare colazione in sala ma bisogna accontentarsi… Lo so che è poco ma io vi do quello che mi danno, mi hanno dato solo questo dalla cucina…”
Nessuno si è interessato di rimediare, nessuno si è reso conto del trattamento che abbiamo ricevuto, non mi sono messa a discutere perché sono educata e rispetto le persone che lavorano, ma i soldi li hanno voluti tutti e buoni, il servizio reso invece è risultato insufficiente.

Pros:

Tout était bien le personnel la chambre l’emplacement ! Le petit déjeuner était très bon point négatif les verres en plastique pas pratique et pas très écologique qui plus est ! Merci à Giacomo un super réceptionniste, le monsieur du soir est très gentil aussi.

Organizzazione meno di ZERO ordinato e pagato su booking abbiamo avuto la bella sorpresa che, al nostro arrivo, la camera non c'era.....non c'era più la prenotazione ..... cancellato!!!!!! Quando il giorno prima mi era arrivata la e-mail x fare il check in.......

Amazing, fresh and varied breakfast. Quiet area. Close to the beach. Spotlessly clean.

Cons:

The shower hose was a bit undersized. During 2 nights some unknown bad smell was briefly coming from the toilet.
