Longuinhos Beach Resort

It was a great experience.. wonderful view.. great service 👌👌 Delicious food 😋😋

On arrival I was greeted nicely and was offered juice they took care of my baggage’s. Unfortunately it took some time for check in
Breakfast. And lunch are superb. Well maintained property and amenities
Easy access to beach is a big plus

The hotel is badly maintained. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. The bath room kept clogging up. The service was poor.

The bed was uncomfortable the pillows so firm you couldn’t move and the room very basic. The shower for the toilet leaked all over the floor and it all could benefit from a deep clean.

peaceful beachfront location, rooms are good size, food was good

Location near the sea beach is the only attractive point for this hotel.
Staff are nice people also.

Welcome drink horrible.
Toilet set up is bad. No exhaust fan and no tissue roll fixing bracket.
Food quality very bad. Served rotten veg curry once in dinner. Fruits are not cleaned properly in breakfast and lot of flies in open air breakfast dishes.

We picked this property for its location near the beach. We loved the ocean view we had. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast, other meals were delicious, but the wait time was long. The nearby beach was beautiful, loved walking along the beach in the mornings and evenings. Pool was nice, grounds well kept. Town was about a 10 min walk away, with great shops and restaurants.

Great location and sea view, but the rooms were old and the beds were hard as rocks. In addition, the check-in took a long time

In den letzten 10 Jahren hat sich die Qualität des Hotels stetig verbessert. Der Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Strand, Flughafen und Bahnhof. Nach Möglichkeit auch mal a la carte essen, da das Hotel dafür bekannt ist.

Не понравилось то, что принудительно заставили заплатить 11000 рупий ( за двоих) типа за Гала Ужин, а по факту была обычная дискотека, хотя мы сказали, что не планируем отмечать Новый год в отеле. Но, или платите, раз вы в это время живете в отеле, или вызываем полицию.
Остальное все неплохо, море сразу за оградой, чистая территория, маленький спа.

Bad experience - bellow expectation low standards!!

The first thing I was told at check in was that the pool was under maintenance ! Completely empty in high season. There us no private beach just a gate to the public one! Feel mislead and taken plus overcharged for things promised but not delivered!!!

Very very bad hotels. The staff at the reception r very rude.also they start worrying us at the check out time. They start to worrying before check out time. Even they dont have cold drinking water and also they dont provide ice. If u want you has to pay 160 rs for that.even the service is also very very poor. They dont mind ur any request. Hotel location is also very poor. Not value for money

Reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Only redeeming feature is the location. Poor breakfast quality and choices. No attempt made to allow us to eat outside. No shade provided around the pool. Everything tired and in need of some money being spent. The only redeeming feature is the location and beautiful Colva beach. Come on Longuinhos you can do better than this. When we stayed with you 24 yrs ago the service, appearance and quality was so much better. Very disappointing return trip.

Garden View heißt Blick auf den Wassertank.
Luxury bedeutet funktionierender Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage aber billige Plastikstühle im Zimmer.
Am Strand Liegen oder Sonnenschutz nur von Drittanbietern.
Frühstück Continental oder Indian in einfacher Form.
Mit wenig Aufwand ließe sich der Komfort verbessern, z.B.
Sonnenschirme zum Frühstück an den Tischen draußen,
Handtücher und Auflagen für die Liegen am Pool,
Beseitigung des Mülls am Durchgang zum Strand

Lovely resort..clean smashing gardens ,Good breakfast..private powder white sand beach only yards away,many restaurants & shops on colva beach road.rooms good size with balcony,large swimming pool for adults & children..will definitely reommend .The only negative point is they start serving dinner at 7.30..xx

Quartos limpos, comida boa e barata, localização excelente (tirando os vendedores chatos na praia).

This resort is the most pathetic place you can ever want to stay.
The hotel staff is so unprofessional and freshers. Couldnt even provide mineral water at midnight.
No room service after 11pm imagine that.
Food is very very sad as they use the same oil to fry vegetarian and non vegetarian meals.
After complaints and rigours questioning No one could justify me the reason for vegetarian food smelling like rotten fish.

The hotel manager has no rights what so ever and also she was just a couple of years in the business.
I booked my stay via Expedia and the images didnt show any fisherman houses outside the property.
Plus they say to have a private access to beach but considering that the beach is surrounded by fisherman stacks and tents and they have ruined the beach..
Its so dirty that you wont feel like walking on the beach.

The room was good and view was okay.
But due to other unpleast attrocious behaviour from the management.

I will never visit this property and also never recommend any one else..

locationwise good. however, there was no mini fridge in the room, we could not drink cold water or even preserve any food/fruit we bought because of this. the bathroom had no sliding door between the shower and toilet, so whenever the shower was use, the whole flooring got wet and messy. I think we were given a very low rated room because of the discount given. The breakfast on the second day was totally south indian, i.e. idlis, vadas, sambar with the exception of fruit and juice and choice of eggs. Why? because there was a group of south indians who had checked in the day before. Are we non south indians also to eat this?

Hotel is right on the beach but everything is far off with local taxi very expensive. overall stay was comfortable & breakfast was good . if you are looking for a calm & quite place far off from city then this is the right place to stay
