Dear Booking.com,

We never checked in or stayed at Elephant Springs on 9 August 2026 due to the following issues upon arrival at 3:30 PM (check-in was 2:00 PM):

· Rooms weren't ready and dirty.
· Overpowering smoke smell throughout, including weed.
· Unbearable noise from neighbors and public areas, swimming pool which is right below our apartment.

With two young children, we deemed it unhygienic and unsafe. We immediately told reception we were canceling and left without using the room.

We have not received any refund. Please escalate this and process a full refund immediately.
