It was good considering the fact that I was only 13mins away from my venue for the following day
Pros:

When we arrived the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. The aircons were working which was a bonus for me because it was cold and I do not like to be cold.

Cons:

The fact that my room was on the ground and the cars from the street made it difficult for me to fall asleep, but I guess there's nothing to be done as it is the location of the hotel. My problem was that in the early hours I woke up to go to the bathroom and my room was flooded, water everywhere and I had to clean it because I could not move around in the water and it was around 04h30am. I don't even know where the water came from and apparently it was not only us. I just thank God I did not live my laptop bag on the floor otherwise it would have been a disaster for me.

We had a terrible experience. There were cockroaches everywhere. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

We had reserved multiple rooms for a group of approximately 10 family members, including two young children, and arrived at the resort after a long drive from Johannesburg, expecting to settle in for the evening. Unfortunately, the experience from the moment we arrived was extremely disappointing and distressing.

The first room allocated to us had a severe cockroach infestation. We immediately raised this concern with staff and were shown alternative rooms. However, the second and third rooms we inspected also had visible cockroaches and appeared unclean and poorly maintained. At that point, it became clear that the issue was not isolated to a single room.

Beyond the condition of the accommodation itself, what added significantly to our frustration was the lack of urgency, empathy, and practical assistance from the resort staff and management. Despite travelling with exhausted family members and two distressed toddlers late in the evening, no meaningful solution was offered. We were neither provided with suitable alternative accommodation nor assisted with an immediate refund that would have enabled us to secure another place to stay without additional stress and inconvenience.

As a result, after 8pm at night, we were forced to source and pay for entirely new accommodation elsewhere at short notice. This caused considerable disruption, financial inconvenience, and emotional stress for our family at the end of an already long day of travel.

Horrible stay, the property is poorly maintained, no noise control caused by other guests
Pros:

Nothing, the shower were horrible water spills on the bathroom floor when you just start bathing.

Cons:

The showers were bad, water spills onto the bathroom floor and fills the floor creating more work for you as a guest. There’s no soap holder in the shower, to balance the hot and cold water is a job. The basin tap is not stable. Noise is permitted through out the night you cannot even sleep or get the rest you desire. Other guests were braai until 3 am and smoke fills the rooms making it difficult to breathe and sleep on top of the noise.

The stay was okay, the food was also nice 👌

It was clean and spacious , enough room for everyone , pool was clean and big

Cons:

I didn’t like the location, it was very busy with alot of people right outside the property, there seem to be overgrown grass right next door , they can cut just to make their place look nice, the pools area could with some nice chairs, it was very noisy at night seemed like the guests are allowed to play loud music at night

The location is great, right in the heart of Bela Bela, walking distance to Warmbath forever resort, mall just across the street

Cons:

The place is not maintained well, from the Garden to the units Furniture it's not well maintained, the couches are too old, the L Couch had a huge stain, the cooking stove only worked 1 plate, the microwave was not user friendly, it had roaches

Pros:

The place is very conveniently located, a walk from aventura. The check in and out process was quick and easy and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Our tv had a problem with connecting to some of the programs and we waited for maintance but they never pitched. On Saturday, our room was cleaned but we did not get a refill of toilet paper and towels. The parking is small, and as a result on Sunday when I had to check out, there was a car blocking me at the back and resulted in me having to wait for security to look for the owner of the car parked behind me. It would be nice to have a seperate braai area for each unit.
