Le personnel était top ! Ils nous ont conseillé pleins de bons plans et nous ont même réservé les billets pour le memory show et pour l'excursion sur les îles Cham 😁
De plus l'emplacement était idéal à 5min à pieds du centre ville.
La chambre était spacieuse et les deux lits simples confortables.
La piscine était agréable.

Cons:

La chambre était un peu humide.
La salle de bain mérite un coup de rénovation. La cuvette des toilettes était cassée et ce n'était pas pratique. Malgré la réparation de l'hôtel, elle ne tenait toujours pas...

vi kan ikke gå på trapper, vores værelse var på 1., det var ok med en trappe, vi havde valgt hotellet pga beliggenheden

Cons:

Værelset bestod af en kæmpe seng (med plads til 5-6 personer) der var 2 spisestuestole (træ) og et mega lille bord. Men så kunne vi heller ikke derud, og udsigten fra balkonen ned over et beskidt/defekt bliktag.
Der var ikke elevator, og poolen var på 4 etage.

Pros:

Bữa sáng nhẹ nhàng, tôi đặc biệt thích nước thảo mộc ( gồm gừng và xả ). Phòng theo phong cách cổ kính, thực sự rất lạ. Bể bơi của khách sạn sạch sẽ và con trai tôi đã bơi ở đó thoải mái ( điểm này hơn hẳn các khách sạn khác ).

Cons:

Nhược điểm của khách sạn là không có dọn dẹp phòng hàng ngày.

Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel ist sehr dreckig- schimmelig-und muffig
Wir wechselten das Zimmer aber überall ist das gleiche Problem..
Die Bettwäsche usw stinkt und ist nicht sauber !!
Wir haben gesehen wie die Putzfrau den Boden usw in einem Bad mit dem Handtuch von den Gästen !! abgewischt- geputzt hat..unglaublich !!

A place let down by lack of enough care

We were greeted very warmly and our luggage was carried up to our room by another obliging member of staff.

Cons:

After greeting us warmly and taking payment the receptionist proceeded to try and get into recommendations tours etc...until we had to stop him to say we were just too tired, needed to go to our room and would discuss tomorrow. The place generally and the room was a big disappointment. Yes, both looked like the pictures, but you couldn't see the dust, the general feeling and sense of it not being clean. The mosquito nets which looked so pretty in the photos were dust hazards. Electric cables were visible from sockets that just looked dangerous and there was an overwhelming smell of damp. It was late so we knew we would have to stay the night which we did. I could feel the effects of the dust and damp smell on my breathing so wore my eye mask as a face mask. Also, although the sheets etc...seemed clean I used my sleeping bag liner to sleep in as didn't feel comfortable. We checked out the next day instead of staying the 4 nights.
