Bed was comfortable
Hot water was very irregular if at all. All fitting falling off. Noisy, only given 2 towels that were small and thin, not bath mat or hand towels provided as bathroom floor tiles were slippery.

It's in the center of District one. Walking distance from Bui Vien but not near enough that it can get noisy at night.
It's also walking distance to Tao Dan Park. If you really like walking, even the independence museum.
The staff are polite and friendly. I stayed here 3 times already and on the second time, I left my jacket which they kept for me until I came back for it a month later.
It's a good value for your money.
