Will discourage anyone from staying here, 1 star at the most
Pros:

It was close to King’s Cross

Cons:

From the outside it looked OK, but on entering it was so disappointing. The reception was like a taxi office, paint work on the stairs was very worn showing bare wood, the room was a joke with Two make up beds, the laminate floor was pealing and water damaged, holes in the walls, curtain hold backs missing, poor curtains windows filthy out of date milk cartons in the fridge that was switched off, this place does not even come close to the rating

Only complaint was the strong smell of bleach in our room when we checked in. It took a while to settle .

Fantastic location for Eurostar connections
Pros:

Location ideal for Eurostar! We only needed one night due to early train but were very pleasantly surprised by the space and location.
Very spacious room for central London- double family room with 2 bathrooms and separate sleeping areas made it a very comfortable stay and lots of room for central London. We could have happily stayed more nights.

Cons:

Basement room possibly had some flood damage and so the floor was damaged and a feint odour although not awful

SItuation idéale pour un court séjour à Londres en famille.
Pros:

Très bien situé, chambre familiale suffisamment spacieuse, salle de bain OK, personnel très aimable et arrangement de bon rapport qualité prix pour le petit déjeuner. Rapport qualité prix correct pour Londres.

Cons:

Hôtel un peu vieillot.
