Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the underground station. The room was clean but small.
For 1 night was ok.

Cons:

The bathroom had a slight smell. The mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable. The corridors and stairs need renovation as the floors creak when you walk, also we could hear the person in the room above us walking.

Pros:

Great location and room 114 was quiet considering it had a view of kings cross station. Price was reasonable. Tea coffee and kettle in the room. Friendly staff on reception and easy to check-in/out. Air-conditioning and heating options in the room.

Cons:

Generally run down, toilet wobbly (I'm not sure it was attached to the wall) and sliding panels on windows fall out. Right next to bookies/24h fast food places and some interesting people hanging around outside. Noise from the corridor was pretty loud. Need to pay £100 refundable deposit upon check-in which I didn't expect.

My stay was very pleasant, staff were extremely friendly and helpful

The property was a little outdated however no faults regarding the price I paid

Only issue I had is noise from the hallways when people are walking past as walls are thin

It's convenient and functional. This is not my first stay here. It's value for money given the location.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the evening or in the morning. Very tepid shower last night. The water was too cold to shower this morning.
