Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage direkt im Zentrum aber in ruhiger Seitenstraße. Pool immer sauber. Täglich frische Handtücher

Pros:

All the staff at the hotel were brilliant and never bored with my questions. I think 15 dollars for my tuk tuk to Angkor Wat was great value.
I enjoyed the breakfast too and pool was clean.

Cons:

The only problem was no elevator so a little problem for me as I was on the 3rd floor.

Pros:

スタッフが親切で気持ちよく宿泊できた。朝食は毎日違うメニューが用意され連泊しても飽きない工夫がされていた。オールドマーケット、ナイトマーケットなどが徒歩圏内で便利な立地であった。

Cons:

朝食のコーヒーは微妙だった。英語も、日本語も良く通じないので翻訳ソフトなどを使うようにすると良い。夜は繁華街にあるため近隣の物音が遅くまで聞こえる日もあった。

Great location, but let down by service and facilities
Pros:

The location is great – just a few minutes’ walk to Pub Street and the main area, with plenty of food options nearby. Grab delivery to the hotel is really convenient too. The staff also helped arrange a taxi to the airport, which made things easy. It’s worth noting that it was cheaper to book the Angkor Wat trip on Get Your Guide rather than through the hotel.

Cons:

Housekeeping wasn’t very reliable – they came around 10am, and although I asked them to return later, they didn’t, and I had to request basics like water and toilet paper from reception. I also wasn’t shown how to lock the door, which is quite complicated and should really be explained. The pool itself is nice, but the deck chairs are old and heavy – I even got my bag stuck and had to ask for help, and the staff member laughed. Breakfast was also very poor and not worth going down for.

Hermoso hotel en Camboya!
Pros:

Me gusto mucho el hotel, las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables, el desayuno completo y hasta nos ofrecieron desayuno express para los dias que nos ibamos muy temprano en la madrugada.
La pileta muy linda y las habitaciones muy espaciosas y con lindo balcon. La ubicación del hotel es excelente.

Cons:

Que la ducha este tan cerca del lavamanos hace que se moje todo y sea un poco incomodo debería estar distribuido de otra forma.

Gute Lage und sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Sehr liebes und nettes Personal, was immer hilfsbereit war. Die Lage war gut, man war in unter 10 Minuten mitten im Geschehen, aber nicht direkt an der Partymeile. Die Zimmer waren sauber und mit guter Ausstattung. Das Hotel packt einem sogar ein Lunchpaket, wenn man eine Sonnenaufgangstour zum Angkor Wat macht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nur okay. An manchen Tagen war so gut wie nichts mehr da und das Essen war weder kalt noch warm gehalten in den Behältern. Sehr hellhörig, sowohl zu den anderen Zimmern als auch der Straßenlärm.

L’accueil et le personnel sont d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de pub street et du old market. La propreté des lieux . La chambre était spacieuse , lumineuse et confortable avec en plus un bureau pour travailler. Le petit déjeuner.
