I had a pleasant stay at The Exchange Regency Residence Hotel. The amenities were really convenient — I liked that they have a swimming pool, gym, and even a mini-golf area, which makes the stay more enjoyable. The view from the higher floors is nice, especially at night when you can see the city lights of Ortigas.

What I liked most is the location. It’s right in Ortigas Center, so malls like SM Megamall and Robinsons Galleria are just a short walk away. Overall, it’s a good choice if you want comfort, accessibility, and a relaxing stay in the city.

My experience when I checked in at Hotel Regency Residence was good, the staff there are very accommodating and really took care of me when I checked in. Also, when I have needs they provide them immediately when I request, they are very hospitable to the guest. The front desk is very clear on all the rules and very friendly too, and the hotel staff like housekeeping I can say they took care of me and the rooms we stayed in at the Hotel are very good. I'm so thankful that I had a good experience at Hotel Regency, I want to recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The Front Office and housekeeping staff are so friendly! They really took great care of us. The view is beautiful, especially from the women’s sauna, and the pool is huge. We also set up a celebration for a birthday while we were there. We’ll definitely be back.
