Pros:

I was quite surprised when I arrived here.

Previously, when I saw reviews from other customers about this place, I saw a section of road under terrible construction. When I arrived, it seemed like everything had been completed a long time ago; the road was quite beautiful and easy to navigate. There were many local restaurants around, so I didn't have to worry about what to eat. When I arrived at the hotel, it was very hot, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was surprised that the hotel was cool, both upstairs and in the hallways. The pool wasn't very big, but I could sunbathe in the morning and enjoy the city view in the evening. Although the building was old, everything in the room was decent, and I was satisfied with the price I paid.

Cons:

The building is old and the elevator is a bit slow.

Promising but disappointing
Pros:

Good location, comfortable bed, nice bath towels.

Cons:

Air conditioning in my room was totally inadequate, WiFi signal in my room was poor throughout my stay, bed sheets only changed every 3 days, TV in room had a picture but no sound, room in need of repair and maintenance: table top that moves and damage/wear to parts of the room wall. Room needs a good clean in many areas that are missed by housekeeping.

Staff really nice
Pros:

The whole rating is because of the staff especially 'Thau' who helped us a lot
Initially there were issues with the room as this is a pretty old hotel which badly needs a renovation. Initially we got a room where beds were hard, AC not working, no hot water. The room service phone was not working.
But as we reached late and tired we spent night as is.

Next day we complained about the issues and they did change the room with a good room.

Then we had no issues, but unnecessary trouble for a night that too when we are really tired and that affected our next day plan

They should know about the room issues before assigning it.this affecting the impression about the hotel

空港からタクシーで5分ほどの場所にあります。通りは6ヶ月前にネットで見た時よりもずっと清潔で快適でした。半径1km圏内には、様々な美味しい料理を提供する地元のレストランがたくさんあります。ホテルの壁を見ると建物は古いことが分かりましたが、とても清潔で、受付スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、いつも笑顔で迎えてくれました。この価格帯のホテルとしては非常におすすめです。

建物は少し古いので、改修すれば素晴らしいでしょう。
