Good location, interior and ventilation system needs improvement
Pros:

The Japanese staff were very nice and professional. The non-Japanese front desk staff didn’t seem very helpful and professional.

Cons:

There is some issue with the ventilation system in the rooms. The room air becomes extremely dry and I started having some respiratory problem due to this. During three days, there was also some strange burnt smell coming in from the bathroom ventilation. The hallway and elevator carpet also looked dirty.
