Es Hotel esta muy viejo , nos dieron una habitacion muy vieja y mal oliente.
Nos cambiaron pero tampoco estaba mucho mejor.

There won't be a second time
Pros:

Good location: near to the beach and near to many restaurants and other services.
Breakfast is also good with many options.

Cons:

They didn't change the bed sheet. When we checked in, I found stains on the bed sheet and the marks of previous people lying in bed. I asked for change, and they came did it very badly (see photos) and with attitudes. We had 2 beds, but only one had a duvet. The other one had only a duvet cover. I went to the reception to ask for a duvet, and they gave me one there so I brought to the room managed to put it in the cover by myself:)). I also witnessed the staff at the reception joked and laughed rudely about guests behind their backs. These people absolutely should not do the hospitality business because they don't know how to.

Not even a glass or cup provided in the room.
Tv was not working initially
Very unprofessional and unstructured support system.
Room cleaning was not perfect, garbage bag was not cleared unless told.
Overall maintenance poor visible from cluttered rejected furnitures, swimming pool was not ckean, insects visible.

Overall extremely bad experience.

Extremely high priced... Costlier than 3 star. Will not recommend to anyone

Nothing! The rudest staff I’ve encountered in my 68 years on this planet. I arrived around 6.30pm and they had clearly on sold my prebooked room to someone else Although they shuffled keys at reception to try to give me a better room it was clearly an inferior room.
He followed me to the room for an inspection and when I showed me disappointment he started screaming at me to “ get out , get out”. The picture you advertise are nothing like the shambles of a hotel in real. You are doing yourself a disservice being associated with such an unprofessional outfit of scammers with no regard for customer satisfaction

Ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Leider entspricht dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht den Bildern. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt ungepflegt, heruntergekommen und deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Im ersten Zimmer war der Fernseher sehr klein, viel kleiner als auf den Bildern. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass ihn ohnehin niemand benutze, da weder Netflix noch YouTube oder andere Streaming-Dienste verfügbar seien. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer mit einem etwas größeren Fernseher.
Das zweite Zimmer war zwar einigermaßen sauber, hatte jedoch keinen Kühlschrank. Außerdem befand sich direkt daneben offenbar ein Generator oder eine andere technische Anlage, die rund um die Uhr ein lautes Brummen verursachte – auch nachts. Zusätzlich war das Türschloss defekt.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Poolbereich. Das Wasser wirkte schmutzig, der Boden war mit Blättern bedeckt und an vielen Stellen lösten sich bereits die Poolfliesen. Rund um den Pool standen lediglich zwei stark abgenutzte Liegestühle, ein kaputter Sonnenschirm sowie einige rostige Stühle.
Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Poolwasser nicht gefiltert werde, sondern angeblich einmal pro Woche komplett ausgetauscht werde. Das hinterließ bei uns keinen vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck.

Insgesamt entsprach der Zustand des Hotels in keiner Weise den Fotos oder unseren Erwartungen. Wir würden dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.
