พนักงานพยายามสื่อสารดีมาก และให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก อาหารเช้าน่ารัก ห้องพักสะอาดและมีของใช้ครบครัน ปกติก็ใช้บริการของโรงแรม Smile ทุกครั้งที่ไปเยือนญี่ปุ่น

今回は3名で予約したが一部屋に1名でも２名でも宿泊代金が同じというのはちょっと疑問。
１室２名は窮屈でした。

Pros:

Bon rapport qualité prix pour une chambre avec deux lits simples. Situé proche d'une sortie de train local, le quartier est calme.

Cons:

Etage non fumeur mais nous avons quand même sentie une odeur très forme de cigarette un soir. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et il n'était pas possible de mettre la clim a cette période de l'année malheureusement.
