Pros:

Good location, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The bathrooms all smell damp (4 rooms over our stay all smelled). The hotel is trying to manage the situation by making sure the fans stay on permanently, but is hasn't fixed it.

Breakfast had such a long line we didn't bother trying it.

Perfect hotel to explore the city. Wonderful stay
Pros:

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Hotel staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was really good (the best one I've had while in Japan). Transportation, shopping and restaurants near by.
