Awesome location, but not so great cleanliness.
Pros:

The location was decent, right above the Tenjin subway station. Nearby shopping areas also was a plus, with Shin Shin Ramen just behind the hotel. Everything that you need was within a decent walkable distance.

Cons:

Lobby bathrooms smelled bad. Room bathrooms were not cleaned regularly even if you asked to clean up the room. No cotton, comb, or free water, which was regularly offered in similarly priced hotels.

便利
Pros:

駅から近い事、コンビニが近い事、また、PayPayドームへ行くバス停が近い事など、立地条件は大変便利でした。
スタッフの対応は、アットホーム的な温かさがありました。また、TVのホーム画面に沢山の情報があり、助かりました。

Cons:

お風呂場のにおいは、換気扇を回し続けている事でさほど気になりませんでしたが、お風呂場の出入りに段差があり、年配の方には向いていないと思いました。あと、イベント時に宿泊代が高くなるのは致し方ないのですが、泊まった部屋は大変狭くて、1人だったので過ごせましたが、値段に見合わないと率直に感じました。お部屋の照明がもう少し明るくなると、お部屋でお化粧がしやすかったかもと、女性目線ですが、残念に思いました。

お風呂の水を抜いたら洗面所に水が溢れるし、
部屋の電気がつかなかったです。
