Piece of art..unforgetable stay 🤩
Pros:

Excelent customer service, friendly staff, what a beuatifull view, great location. We just love the place, will go back and back again...can not wait for my next visit. I like that the property is in the mountains

I didn’t like that most of the things like indoor pool is no longer working , they are still using old furnitures , the breakfast included was bad

Enjoyed but also concerned re maintenance of such a special place.
Pros:

The room size, comfort and location was excellent.
Good staff at reception and also in the bar and dining room.
We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

the hotel is looking a bit tired and needs attention to detail maintenance. Plenty areas need repairing, especially the timber woodwork in the ceiling areas. There are a number of areas that require painting. The hotel needs a good spruce up.

The stay was good but the only bad thing was a breakfast , you need to get a chef , fruits smell onion, they don’t carte

It was pleasant …. Ok
Pros:

The rooms have privacy and overlook the wild nature. Thats was what i needed. The dark curtains were also a bonus… you get to sleep during the day with no sunlight

Cons:

There was noice either from the fridge or air corn and we tried to switch everything off but still😒. The breakfast needs improvement … no coffee machine was working, no honey ai it was just not up to standard.
