Pros:

The view from our room was fantastic, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

When we first arrived, we were not able to access the room we were assigned to as the key card system was broken. We were given a manual lock key to use instead but discovered when we got into the room that the mini fridge didn't work. The front desk staff moved us to a different room, which was better, however, the safe didn't work so we weren't able to use it. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows were hard, and the duvet cover was hard and scratchy. The room was unbearably hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. We stayed 4 nights and left completely exhausted because we were unable to get a good night's sleep. The website is definitely an overpromise.

Weekend in famiglia
Pros:

Eravamo gia stati anni fa in questo hotel e ad oggi ci siamo trovati bene come la prima volta.
Posizione perfetta, struttura pulita, personale accogliente.
Lo consiglio soprattutto a chi ha dei bimbi. Noi ne abbiamo due piccolini e sono stati davvero felicissimi e sereni.
Buffet colazione e cena devo dire ottimo!!
Camera grande e sempre pulita. Attenti ad ogni cosa.

A Stay That Had Everything I Needed
