This is the worst hotel service I have ever encountered in my life. I called the reception to ask them to replace a blanket that had been soaked by a child, and an idiotic and rude employee Christian told me to call whoever I want and sleep with a wet blanket because there is nothing he can do. He even said that even if I call the manager, they don’t care about my request anyway. Please get rid of such a disgusting employee — this is simply shameful

I contacted the reception desk to request a replacement for a blanket that had been soaked by a child. Instead of receiving assistance, I was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner by a member of your staff. The employee stated that I could call whoever I wanted, that I should sleep with a wet blanket, and that there was nothing he could do. He further mentioned that even contacting the manager would be pointless, as my request would be ignored.

Such behavior is completely unacceptable and does not meet the basic standards of hospitality or customer service. I found this interaction disrespectful and deeply troubling, especially in a hotel environment where guests should feel supported and cared for.

I kindly request that this matter be taken seriously and that appropriate action be taken to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future.

Incredibile!
Pros:

Ci è piaciuto generalmente tutto. La pulizia della stanza, la posizione, la colazione abbondante, l’ordine e l’organizzazione, lo staff sempre disponibile e cortese. Abbiamo alloggiato qui piu volte, e tutte quelle volte sono state perfette. Insomma, è stata un’ottima esperienza.
