Pros:

It was such a nice hotel with an outdoor pool that was open when we arrived, so we used it every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was top, and the location in a quiet residential area close to the center of Lugano and near a train station was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Super Lage für Ausflüge. Mit dem Ticino Ticket sehr flexibel mit der Haltestelle in der Nähe für ÖV und auf die Paradiso Schiffstation. Toll auch die Spiele in der Lobby. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Preise im Restaurant für Essen und Getränke sind sehr teuer.
