Excellent location, beautiful modern hotel, and lovely, clean rooms. We had an unexpected issue during our stay, and the staff handled it amazingly and went above and beyond to make it right. We truly appreciated their kindness and the thoughtful compensation.

The pool at 8 PM was the perfect touch! 😍

Definitely recommend, and I’ll 100% stay here again next time I’m in Lugano! ❤️
