WASTAGE OF MONEY TO SELECT THIS HOTEL
Pros:

ITS VERY BAD EXPERINCE TO STAY THIS HOTEL EVER IN MY LIFE. I SUGGEST ALL OTHER TOURIST TO DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER WHILE U VISIT IN GOA FIRST OF ALL I M TELLING ABOUT HOTEL STAFF THAT IS VERY BAD. NO ANY IDEA HOW TO RESPECT OUR CUSTOMERS. THE RECEPTIONIST BEHAVIOUR VERY RUDE TO HIS CUSTOMERS.DIRTY ROOMS AND I THINK THEY NEVER CLEAN STAIRS.ITS ALSO FAR FROM THE BEACH.AND I NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYOONE TO CHOOSE THIS HOTEL BEACAUSE IF U SELCET THEN YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY 15 MINUTES LATE CHECKOUT THEY WILL CHARGE 200 RUPEES I ALWAYS BOOKED THE HOTEL BY HOTELS.COM BUT THIS TIME EXPERIENCE IS VERY BAD I CANT RECOMMENTED THIS HOTEL

Pros:

Pros:

Proximity to Beaches Cafe and restaurants
budget and low cost compared to other hotels near by
Small Swimming pool was clean.

Cons:

- Hotel not maintained well and nor the rooms. Rooms are with basic needs.
- During our stay during Christmas 2013 . Rooms where not given towels or bed spreads replaced.
- Complimentary break-fast was below par.
- Last but not the least , the hotel manager is the last person you want to meet during your holiday, he is not pleasant to talk. Although we did not have any issues with manager or staff , will rate them low compared to other hotel staffs in goa (from my last six visits)..

As mentioned earlier this should be your last choice.
