Le lieux calme et reposant, le Golf, la Déco des chambres, la salle de Bains,

Cons:

manque de prise dans les chambres pour charger les appareils téléphone, ordinateur, cigarette électronique...
le petit déjeuner manque de choix pour un 4 étoiles
manque de prestation dans la salle de bain ex : pas de coton tige, savon a mains etc...
je trouve que les prestation sont légère pour un 4 étoiles

À notre arrivée, nous constatons que le receveur de douche est bouché nous avons fait intervenir l'hôtel qui nous a changé de chambre, sur notre deuxième chambre louée le mini bar ne fonctionnait pas. Une toile d'araignée était présente et l'hygiène n'était pas non plus fameux. Cela est bien dommage car pour un hôtel de ce type nous nous attendions à mieux. Nous remercions la personne qui est intervenu afin de trouver une solution pour le problème de salle de bain.

Cons:

Highly stressful and disappointing experience

I booked and paid for this hotel around 10pm, choosing it specifically because it advertised a 24-hour reception. While driving (about an hour away), I also sent a message via Booking to inform them of my expected arrival time.

However, upon arrival at around 1am, I found the gate closed with no response to the bell. I repeatedly tried calling the hotel, but no one answered. I was left stranded outside alone in the middle of the night for about 20 minutes, with no way to access the property.

In the end, I had no choice but to leave and spend another 30 minutes searching for an alternative hotel that was actually open at that hour.

When I later contacted the property to complain, I received only a minimal apology and no explanation for the misleading information about 24-hour reception.

Overall, this was an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience, especially given the lack of communication and accountability.
