Bonito y muy agradable
El hotel se siente como para personas maduras, no se me hizo muy limpio la verdad, en los sillones a los lados había pelos se veía que no limpian bien.
Habia mucho ruido abajo..se oia hasta el 3er piso
Agua fría en las habitaciones, La llave hay que programar cada noche, comida fría, me dejaron las sábanas para que yo las pusiera
Me gustó la habitación, tiene un ventanal muy grande y da una perspectiva excelente de cierta parte de QRO.
Cerca de jardines de la hacienda, zona de hospitales, bares y restaurantes bonitos, medianamente cerca del centro

Un hotel grande, habitaciones amplias, el baño con tina para un baño relajante, la ubicación nos parecio genial hay un parque muy cerquita, lugares para comer a la vuelta, estacionamiento propio del hotel.
Lo que podemos ver como observaciones son que la habitación donde estuvimos el control del aire acondicionado no servia o mejor dicho no tenia los botones para accionarlo, el agua en baño salia tibia y de repente casi fría nunca salio caliente.

Breakfast that was included with stay was excellent. The restaurant was really nice, seemed to be recently updated along with the bathroom near the restaurant. This was the only thing we liked about this property.
Sewage Smell and Mold in the rooms. Was charged extra upon my arrival. Bad customer service experience from multiple staff. I indicated on bookings.com number of people and ages in my party. Upon arrival to hotel I paid the expected amount per the app, soon after I was informed that I had to pay an additional $500 pesos for the teenagers in my family. I did not agree but was told that otherwise they would not be able to enjoy breakfast the next day. Room towels were in horrible shape. When asked for replacements staff had a bad attitude. The rooms upon entry smelled like sewage. Of the 4 rooms we rented I asked for one of the to be replaced for another room. The smell was very bad and the lights would turn off, AC not working properly. I was first told it could not be switched. That I did not know how to use the key card. Later I was approached by a staff member that showed me another room, unfortunately it was with similar issues, I declined. He said there was nothing they could do about the smell. Bathroom faucets were falling apart. I was very disappointed that the hotel pictures looked great but the real thing did not meet basic standards. The pool was not available for guests as there was a private party taking place that evening. I asked if we could use it, I was told that it was full and why would I want to be there since it was a private party. I inquired if it would be cleaned for the following morning. I was assured it would be. Having a pool and AC was one of the reasons I selected this location. We got up early the next morning and left right after breakfast. Could not stay there any longer. The only good thing was breakfast. The building needs updating, the hallways are dark and one elevator was not functional. Carpets need deep cleaning. Due to the party that evening the other bathrooms near reception were in HORRIBLE state. They were extremely dirty and not hygienic at all… NASTY.
