they allowede me to do late check out because I arrived late.

Cons:

the floor is a bit dirty, a few hairs are scattered.. maybe clean it and disinfect the pillows

Iztabiņai bija itka logs pet nu tur varēja vienīgi redzēt pretī jumtu un pret putniem tīklu .Redzeju kad ir numuriņi ar balkoniem ,bet nezinu kam tos piešķir ,jo bookingā arī neredzeju tos .

TV is working, but the remote control is not functioning. The staff has already changed the batteries, but it still doesn’t work, washroom is dirty, and there is no complimentary coffee and toiletries provided.

Stay elsewhere, if you value your time and money. No value here, definitely overpaid.

It's a complete "ShitHOLE," don't even think of staying there!

Cons:

Because I pre-paid through Bookinking.com, after two days I knew I made a grave error booking this establishment. Booking.com was no help canceling my reservation and had to endure the remaining 5 days of the following:
1) Starting at 6:30 AM, the University next door begins announcements, songs and whatever else they do there. Usually lasts for a few hours M-F.
2) Internet was always sporadic and not available!
3) Untrained staff was not able to take breakfast order despite being told in English and native language what was desired. Waiter tried selling different packages of breakfast that I did not want.
4) Condescending staff later tried to appease me by bring me breakfast to my room, offer rejected in a dramatic way!
5) Partner asked for an extra pillow, wanted extra P100.
6) Facility located in unsafe and dilapidated industrial area of town.
7) At 11:00 AM, could not offer change for P1000.
8) A/C cover not attached properly and fell off unit in the middle of the night.
9) Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, really?
10) No power outlets next to bed, very inconvenient.

Sijainti hyvä. Tilava huone parvekkeella ja uima-altaalle päin. Iso hyvä sänky.

Cons:

Rakennustyömaa ihan vieressä. Keittiön poistoilma puhaltimet melusivat parvekkeen alla.
Pyyhkeet ja lakanat aikansa eläneitä.
Ihan kahden tähden mukainen hotelli vaikka booking.com sanoo sen olevan kolme tähteä.
Ei pistorasioita sängyn vieressä jne.

A quiet and comfortable place to stay within City proper
Pros:

The cleanliness and comfort of the room are very good, and the staff are attentive and very helpful. Securities are very friendly and helpful. Food and shopping are just near the area and very accessible to local transportation.

Cons:

There was some construction around the vicinity at the time of my stay, but it's understandable; the noise didn't really disturb my rest. How I wish there were convenient stores near the area like ShopMart or 7-Eleven or the like, though there is a market near the hotel, but small needs are better found in a convenient store, and ATM banks are a bit far from the hotel area.
