I stayed at the Circle Inn earlier in the week for two nights and a single night before going to the airport. The hotel is comfortable and clean. They serve a decent breakfast and have a ground level pool.

The rooms are rather spacious, although the bathrooms are a little smaller, but not to the point of being unmanageable. There is ample room for your belongings and room to work and charge your devices. They do lack mini-fridges, but have cold, filtered water dispensers on each floor.

The staff is great. They are always prepared for your arrival, prompt and efficient when dealing with your needs and very friendly and helpful in general. They were ready for my very early check out times and had me a taxi arranged as promised.

For a quick stay in Ilo Ilo City, The Circle Inn is a good choice.

The staff is friendly and efficient, the property is clean and quiet and the hotel is in a generally safe area.

My room was clean and the AC worked very well. While the property could use some upgrades, I was quite comfortable and satisfied for the value.

The staff is excellent. Both times I’ve stayed here they were available and accommodating when I checked out very early. They got me a taxi and checked me out promptly so I could make my connections.

Hotel needs an upgrade, sink is broken but hotel is clean and staffs are pleasant. Price is reasonable.

Overall the room was nice though simple. Food was pretty good and inexpensive. The biggest drawback was the location. It was in the middle of a poor shopping area. I did not feel comfortable walking outside. Needs to be renovated as well. Towels were very old and small.

I stayed on the 4th floor for a week and most of the mornings, I would hear noises from the roof. I think they were doing some maintenance and usually around 8-10am. I sleep in a little bit and the noise sure wakes me up then. Other than that, it was comfortable with my stay there. The staff were very helpful.

good stay for 2nights. we did not enjoy the pool, ongoing renovations on progress. when we arrived in parking area, fresh paint you can smell.

staff are really nice and accommodating. i like the food. it’s nice for a quick stay and near everything in the down town area if you like to go out and adventure

I like the cleanliness and service. However, there is no warm shower set up.

Pro:
-- Family oriented environment, having a pool is a plus
-- Staff were very responsive, respectful, and professionals
-- Secure, Security Guards were very helpful

Con:
-- Bed sheets being recycled were old and stained
-- Under the bed is not clean, broken remote controls
-- Smells when you first open the door
-- AC makes a lot of noise
-- Slamming doors will keep you awake
-- Not a sound proof, chatter & yelling can be heard

Hotel Management really need to keep-up with the building maintenance and cleanliness. Rooms need to be painted and would be nice to have a new clean bedsheets, and do not re-use stained sheets!

Air Conditioning desperately need to be replace. Listen to them, see if anyone could get a good night sleep while it is running.

As they say, you get what you paid for, so I am not expecting too much, but having a clean room would be nice. Make sure to provide the needed tools and materials that the Cleaning Crew needed to be successful.

Was disappointed with the jacuzzi since the water is not heated.

Check in was excellent. The staff was both professional and personable. There was a problem with WiFi yin the room we initially got and they happily put us in a different room. Everyone is very good at their jobs and very friendly. The room is spotless. My only input is that it would be nice to have a kettle to heat water and make coffee. Other than that, it's exactly what we need at a good price...

Super strategic location, one can easily go to the mall,maret, restaurants, church, plaza etc..just by walking. Hotel staff friendly, room clean, food in the restaurant was sumptuous-congrats chef!

Worth it on a very affordable price. We have a great stay for 3 nights. The place is very accessible to any mode of transpo. Highly recommended.
