Excellent stay at the Pllazio.
Pros:

Excellent arrangements that made the guest stay feel like home. Very caring staff who went out of their way to attend to guest requests. The F&B options are exceptional with the Chef delivering high quality meals right from breakfast upto dinner.

Cons:

The rooms appeared to be bit dated and could do with a little refresh.

The price charged by booking.com was double than the hotel price.
Pros:

Hi, hotel was good but booking.com charged me twice than the hotel. Hotel general rates are 8500 rs including GST, but bookings.com charged me 15008 rs which is unexpected. You should charge fairly. Taking 5 10% margin is okay but here you have charged alomost double.

Cons:

WiFi. It is very slow and didn’t work half the time. Had to join a really important meeting and WiFi didn’t work. Complained to front desk on call without any response. Went down to reception still no resolution in time. Worst WiFi.

Disappointing stay due to check-in issues and delays, though the manager handled our concern
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic and staff during the breakfast was very help and friendly.

Cons:

We checked in around 10 pm for three rooms, but the receptionist initially claimed that children were not included in the room rate and that we’d need to pay extra. After about 20 minutes of discussion, the staff confirmed that kids were indeed included. Unfortunately, our rooms weren’t ready until midnight, and they didn’t match what we had booked.

The next morning, I shared constructive feedback with the manager, who was understanding and ensured we received the correct rooms. While I appreciated his help, overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families.

Very good stay
Pros:

Everything was super. All very good the staff, food, service, size of the room and bathroom, view, location. No complaints at all.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway had weird patches - made it look unclean/soiled (4th floor). But my room was super super clean, rest of the hotel too.
