Disappointing stay due to check-in issues and delays, though the manager handled our concern
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic and staff during the breakfast was very help and friendly.

Cons:

We checked in around 10 pm for three rooms, but the receptionist initially claimed that children were not included in the room rate and that we’d need to pay extra. After about 20 minutes of discussion, the staff confirmed that kids were indeed included. Unfortunately, our rooms weren’t ready until midnight, and they didn’t match what we had booked.

The next morning, I shared constructive feedback with the manager, who was understanding and ensured we received the correct rooms. While I appreciated his help, overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families.

Very good stay
Pros:

Everything was super. All very good the staff, food, service, size of the room and bathroom, view, location. No complaints at all.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway had weird patches - made it look unclean/soiled (4th floor). But my room was super super clean, rest of the hotel too.

Amazing, would revisit and recommend
Pros:

My stay at the Pllazio Hotel was exceptional. From clean rooms courtesy of Mustofa who very sweetly handled all the extra requests for our room, to our servers in the restaurant especially Shalini and Bhawan to the front of the house and bell desk staff. This hotel was one of reasons that made our experience in Delhi unforgettable.

uitstekend hotel, wij hadden een heel fijn verblijf
Pros:

Wij vonden het personeel zeer vriendelijk, en het diner en ontbijt erg lekker en uitgebreid. De ligging redelijk dichtbij het vliegveld is handig, omdat de wegen in Delhi vaak superdruk zijn en dan ben je soms erg lang onderweg.

Cons:

Het was leuk geweest als het zwembad 's avonds iets langer open zou zijn geweest, was nu tot 19u. Maar misschien speelde luchtvervuiling in deze maand een rol, dat is 's avonds erger dan overdag.

Excellent value and ideally located in Gurgaon for business.
Pros:

Very nice property. Very clean and spacious room. Buffet dinner and breakfast is very good. The Indian food is delicious!

Cons:

I couldn’t get the tv system to work so had to watch news on YouTube.
