Clean room, helpful staff, close to restaurants
Clean room. the cleaner, guard all the staffs are nice and accommodating. But my suggestion is Can you please double lock the room inside. There's no double lock only key card. For safety. Thank you

Bed; internet; bathroom, well-lit, modern and excellent (i.e., spacious shower, and new, well-maintained amenities).
Good access to transport; probably Manila's best doormen, and also clean, soft, lovely towels, etc, on request, from housekeeping.
for the money its OK if you are on a budget then its not so bad just to sleep overnight
This was my second time I stayed at this hotel. Located in the heart of Poblacion Makati, so expect to see all sort of characters outside the hotel. My room was basic but clean, the kind you get when you stay with Red Planet. The rain shower is a plus. Staff are always smiley and accomodating. Will stay here again.

The staff provided excellent services. They were polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist. I gave 3 stars because there are no fridge and microwave, no breakfast option, and the AC wasn’t cold.
Good large shower cubicle, and bathroom with gel dispensors. Large bed for tall ppl, not much space for luggage. Wall mounted hairdryer. Two bedside tables, two sockets, fold down wall table. No fridge, kettle. Free drinking cold water in lobby. Clean friendly place with lots happening within walking distance. Reccommended.
Great price. Perfect for what I needed after a long flight…sleep in a comfy bed and clean room. Staffs very friendly too!
