City Park Hotel - Bila Tserkva

It was nice being back and surrounding with friendly face. The entire crew was friendly and made my stay more pleasant.

This is a nice, new hotel located in the center of Bila Tserkva. The staff went out of their way to help me and to be friendly. The room was plesant and the bed was comfortable. The shower was one of the largest and best I've seen in a European hotel. They have a bar next to reception that will make delicious fresh juice drinks for you. The entire city is easily explored from here. Highly recommended.

We booked a room for 2, but all the supplies were for 1 which is really the only thing to complain about. They fixed it once we asked.

Hotel was clean and up to a good standard. I would stay there again.

Just passing through. Hotel was everything we wanted. They gave good advice about a restaurant across the street. There is a "beer market" right across the street

This was an overnight stay during a long drive. Much needed and appreciated rest. Easy checkin and nice room

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Mostly newly updated and modern so very nice. Had a safe and frig in the room as well. Good location and breakast was good. The shower could be a little larger though.

I have stayed many times and the hotel has always been a 5 rating

Приветливый персонал, быстрое оформление, никакого навязчивого сервиса, все строго, по-деловому. Удобный номер, достаточное количество розеток, комбинированный свет, большой телевизор, удобная душевая кабинка. Все новое, все работает. Из минусов только цена и полный запрет на курение.

Von diesem Hotel kommt man überall schnell hin, da es sehr zentral liegt.

Staff is excellent. All spoke perfect English and were happy to help. Two less likeable things were that staff was phoning us at 12:02 to check out. In an empty hotel and a relatively pricey one that is a bit quick. Yes, we should have left, but I don't think it was needed. Never experienced this anywhere else. The other thing is that it is classified as a 4 start hotel. With only a room and breakfast facilities available that is not 4-star in my book. Room rates are also not fitting the facilities.
We slept in room 201 of which the atmosphere felt really cold. Nearly everything is white and on top of that the lightning was very white too. No romantic yellow colour lights.
2nd night was in room 202 which did have more yellow light and directly the atmosphere in the room was much better.

Professional, English speaking staff. Great location in center of town. Clean, spacious, well appointed rooms. Good breakfast. We have stayed at a lot of hotels in Ukraine and this was really one of the best hotel experiences we have had.

Jeg overnattet her 2 netter denne gangen, har brukt dette hotellet 2 ganger tidligere og var da veldig fornøyd med dette hotellet så derfor valgte jeg da naturlig nok å bruke dette igjen, veldig hyggelig å imøtekommende betjening og bra rom, renslige også... hotellet har en bra beliggenhet i forhold til mine behov... kommer til å bruke dette hotellet igjen neste gang jeg skal tilbake til denne byen.

Alt var greit utenom en ting. Ansatte i resepsjonen burde kunne snakke sitt eget språk, det et ikke godt nok med russisk. Ellers et bra hotel, anbefales.

Jeg brukte dette hotellet for 1 ukes opphold og er veldig fornøyd med dette hotellet, bra beliggenhet i forhold til mine mål for denne reisen og bra service fra hyggelig personale, hotellrommet var rent og passe stort., jeg fikk et rom til å begynne med som hadde 2 separate senger inntil hverandre og dette likte jeg dårlig, jeg spurte personalet/resepsjonsbetjeningen om å bytte til nogenlunde samme rommet men med dobbeltseng istedenfor, det var ikke noe problem siden dem hadde ledig rom av den typen... jeg betalte heller ikke ekstra for dette... frokosten var også helt grei, jeg kommer sikkert til å bruke dette hotellet igjen hvis jeg skal tilbake til denne byen... jeg kan trygt anbefale dette hotellet til andre gjester.

der var kun to ting at sætte en finger på jeg havde en superior suit skønt rum kun et lille problem med bruse kabinen døren var meget lille jeg er stor men ikke så stor.min ven havde en premium suite og der var intet galt. den anden ting var den ene morgen servitrice to dage lod hun os sidde og vente i over en time , for derefter at skælde os ud over vi selv tog kaffe.ellers var alt i top og servicen var super.
