Penthouse, definitely would return
Pros:

Great helpful staff. Clean & Comfortable all areas. Especially enjoyed rooftop pool and staff. Good food, slight language confusion at roof top dining, but very accommodating in all areas

Rooftop pool and roomservice food was great!

Cons:

Rooms are a bit old, tired and in need of maintenance. Windows are double glazed but don't shut properly, so the street noise was coming through.

Large room, great bed. The property is not well maintained. I had to fix the internet in the room, no hot water, elevator floor was threadbare, the cushions around the pool were old and waren, a guard had to open our door each time as the card keys weren't working, everything looked old and WELL USED... Must have been impressive at one time, no more.

Pros:

The street noise was unbearable. I was woken up at 4am every morning from all the noise from the street. Staff had to open our door everyday. They had no Key Cards for guests. Elevators need to be serviced.

Pros:

Staff very friendly and accommodating from parking to making sure the internet is working even late at night

The pools open till midnight this time of year you will use it late night swimming is great

Cons:

The issue with the elevators slow and one broken it was just a waiting game haha on getting to your room

Great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

The ladies at reception are great, very friendly and always smiling. Convenient pool upstairs and food is pretty good too.

Cons:

The lift stopped working so had to walk 14 flights of stairs back forth for almost 2 days until it was fixed.
In 30 degree heat and 80% humidity it’s not fun.
Good exercise though 😂

Venue was pretty central and surrounded by alot of eateries and entertainment

Cons:

Looks a little rundown, housekeeping service could be more attentive in replacing the supplies.
Pillow were too soft for sleeping, there's no support to the neck.
