Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và có mùi thơm dễ chịu. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhanh khi cần. Không gian yên tĩnh, phù hợp để nghỉ ngơi sau một ngày dài. Tiện nghi trong phòng đầy đủ, mọi thứ đều hoạt động tốt. Vị trí khách sạn thuận tiện, dễ tìm và gần nhiều quán ăn ngon. Mức giá hợp lý so với chất lượng dịch vụ, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.

Tệ nhất là dịch vụ xích lô, chặt chém khách du lịch. Và mn nên chọn các ks mới để ở.

Đồ dùng trong khách sạn khá cũ, giường nằm ọp ẹp, vòi nước nóng quá, chỉnh thế nào đi chăng nữa cũng vẫn bị nóng bỏng, kệ để đồ nhà tắm thì lỏng lẻo sắp rơi đến nơi rồi nhưng ks không thay mới, tủ quần áo không có móc treo quần áo. Giặt đồ lâu, thậm chí mất 1 ngày mới giao lại. mình xuống thuê xe máy buối sáng sớm nhưng cũng không có xe.

Hotel riecht muffig, Pool und sky Bar nicht vorhanden, gesperrt. In der Badewanne ist das Wasser nach dem duschen nicht abgelaufen und es stand während dem ganzen Aufenthalt Wasser in der Badewanne.
Keine Nachttischlampe. Kein Frühstück

Tot.. en arribar vam estar mitja hora esperant habitació perquè no tenia llum. Després ens van oferir una altre per una nit però al dia següent havíem de canviar. Els hi vaig dir que no. El noi de la recepció ni una paraula d'anglès. De les tres maletes que portàvem només ens en va pujar una des del carrer amb uns 20 esglaons. El segon dia vam trobar un escarabat a habitació (foto) i vam decidir marxar a altre hotel. No ens van retornar els diners d'aquella nit perquè segons la manager havíem marxat després de les 12. A veure si la manager respon al que he dit....perquè tot és cert.
