All was goot except the breakfast very limited options

The property owner lady is money hungry. The type of person who tries to scam and steal from tourists. Charged me 1100 thai baht for a set of sheets because i got tiny amounts of blood on the sheets from mosquitoe bites Tried to say my friend broke something on a scooter. My friend had pictures to prove that the part was already missing. If i were you i would avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the time and hassle book elsewhere

Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Staff here were great and honest and helpful....especially the manager. Great guy and helped us with trips and information. They had motorbikes to hire and were same rate as rest of them if not cheaper. Just kept our passport until we left them back. No deposit required. Its about a 20min/half hour walk from bangle road but dont let this put you off. Plenty to see en route or you can get motorbike taxi to town. Very cheap. Also the further away you are from centre the cheaper the restaurants are. There were great ones just minutes away (they dont look like great restaurants but the food is amazing and safe to eat). Dont let first impressions ruin your stay here. Everywhere looks the same...crazy and no proper footpaths. But its the norm. Would defintely stay here again.

1) Hotel is very clean and spacious
2) Air con took very long (a few hours) to cool the room as the condenser was just behind the air con unit so it affected the cooling function in the room
3) Grab was unexpectedly expensive in Phuket so to walk to Jungcylon it took about 15mins to 20mins under the hot sun. Hence I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are not willing to spend expensive grab trips
4) There is no hot water kettle in the room, so if you need hot water, you will need to go down to the lobby and get it. A bit of inconvenience there.

Great place to stay and clean rooms. Very helpful staff and an owner who takes personal care to see that you haveva great stay. Lot of small touches at the places which really goes a long mile. Beach towels kept ready at the lobby all the while. A (FREE)coffee dispensing area, a desktop to access the internet. Tremendous bang for buck, the smallr touches not available at bigger places at a higher price. All one needs is to hire a bike from him which is also available at reasonable rates...even by conservative means. Hope to come by again and the place stays the way with the smaller touches much forgotten in bigger places at bigger prices

We arrived at 4am from tbe airport and had to convince the front desk to let us check in. After making us wait 40 minutes in the lobby they allowed us into our room with a rude attitude. the room smelled like urine and was so depressing I actually cried. we left our room the next day and my apple watch, Iphone, beats headphones and sunglasses had been stolen from our room. The front desk merely shrugged his shoulders when we confronted them about it. I'm pretty sure the only other guests here were hourly ones.

This places was so awesome that I re-booked the same day that I had to checkout . No complaints whatsoever ! Customer service , wifi strength and cleanliness was the best I've seen at any hotel for the same rental rate . The rooftop view a bonus ! I will be back and telling all of my friends about this place !

For the cost it was prefect for my needs and why it gets a good rating as is based on the price .... Most of the staff was friendly and helpful ... They have Beach towels and Umbrellas for gursts to use ... Safe, TV, Fridge and free water each day. Shower is nice and hot ... Is about 10 min scooter to beach or 30 min walk. Cafes and food around hotel. Ps is next to a busy road so can be noisy sometimes but aircon noise mainly is louder than road noise.

For such price that we took the room for 7 night it's really shame to complain about anything, but surprisingly there was nothing to complain about! Extremely friendly staff, will help u with ur requests (adequate requests), housekeeping cleaning rooms everyday, clean towels, water refill, AC works perfectly, bedsheets always clean and soft! Tea coffee self-service in the lobby, with a nice terrace to smoke! What else u want for such price!

Wonderful staff that was always so super helpful. The only small issue that I have is that the hotel was a little further out of the way than I would have liked. However after the first night of not knowing which way to go, we began to enjoy the walk through town.

If your want a taste of the night life in PHUKET Patong Eyes Hotel will be the place to stay. Surrounded by the night lounges and restaurants you will be entertained music, culture and artistic structures.

Location is bad. far beach, far shopping mall, everything far.. And noisy little danger area cant work, but clean room.. Conditions are not much bad

More than good enough place to stay especially for the price paid. The shower was good & the WiFi works fine. Language barrier aside, the staff were quite helpful. Location-wise, a bit secluded but still within walking distance to the beach & nightlife. The only problem I had was the weak air conditioner.

Once arrived at hotel even though it was late the approach was very friendly and great.
Throughout the stay it was a great experience. Room is very spacious and breakfast very tasty.
A bit loud at night time but it's acceptable.

Stayed for two weeks in the en suite room during xmass and new year holiday. Room was clean, bath and toilet was huge and it really added to a comfort. Staff was very friendly and room service was up to high standard. There is 7-11 nearby as well as a small dining place with ok food (not great, but cheap . good for hangover breakfasts) .You can hire bike from hotel if you wish to try adventure with a bike. If you are stuck in hotel for some reason and did not go out, TV channels will disappoint you a bit, but again..you are not there to watch TV. Wi-fi had dropouts here and there but nothing to ruin your pic holiday uploads. Had a nice view over Patong, but that might change as a building was being erected across a street (how tall will it be have no idea). Overall - great value for money and I personally enjoyed it. The only downside is a 15-20 minute walk to patong beach. But I highly recommend as it is experience on its own, on a way you will find restaurants, bars, and never avoidable massage places and plenty of small shops...
