Но на завтраке есть серьёзная проблема: похоже, рыба/суши контактируют с другими блюдами через ножи, приборы или близкое расположение еды. Из-за маленького кусочка сосиски у меня случилась сильная аллергическая реакция на рыбу.

Пожалуйста, срочно разделите рыбу/морепродукты и остальные продукты: отдельные приборы, ножи и зона подачи. Для людей с аллергией это может быть опасно для жизни.

Overall, the hotel is good, the staff are friendly, and my impression was positive.

However, there is a serious issue at breakfast: it seems that fish/sushi may come into contact with other food through knives, utensils, or because the dishes are placed too close together. I had a strong allergic reaction to fish after eating only a small piece of sausage.

Please urgently separate fish/seafood from other food, using separate utensils, knives, and serving areas. For people with allergies, this can be life-threatening.
