Great location, clean up hotel and helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was large and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast that was extra on the 5th floor was terrible. The food was minimal with a few choices that were not Asian or western.

Pros:

Приятные работники с прекрасным английским.
Удобное расположение- рядом кофейня, аптеки. Хороший WiFi для работы . В номере было все необходимое-фен, зонт, минибар, принадлежности для душа. В отеле работает прачечная. Прекрасный вид из окна, новая мебель и ванная.

P.S. Хотела также поблагодарить мужчину который работал 18 мая утром - спасибо, все объяснил, зарядил хорошим настроением.

A lovely hotel in a good location
Pros:

A very nice hotel in a good location. We were able to walk around to all different locations and into the eating part of town in the evening.
The room was comfortable and clean with all the usual amenities. Breakfast was very good too.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Pros:

The room was very clean albeit a little outdated. I'd say the price was quite reasonable and the staff were friendly.
The receptionist organised a wonderful day tour for us as well. The hotel was close to food stalls as well.
The bed was comfortable as well. Breakfast menu had some western food items available for selection.

Cons:

Overall the hotel was fine and no criticisms at all.

Fijn hotel in Hue!
Pros:

Ruime en rustig ontbijtbuffet op de hoogste verdieping met een prima keus. Airco op de kamer deed het goed.

Cons:

Eén dag was er opeens geen buffet; het personeel heeft dat later perfect opgelost.

Très bon emplacement et le personnel est très agréable. Excursions organisées par l'hôtel très bien et transfert vers Quang Binh notre prochaine étape également organisé par l'hôtel. Tout est parfait.
